Next Morning ( First day at Bella's house)

I woke up the next morning to the smell of peppermint tea and chocolate chip pancakes , it automatically gave me a rush of energy. I did my morning routine and went downstairs . I found my mother fully dressed with her purple suitcase right at her side.

"Good morning mom"

"Good morning baby, eat your breakfast and hurry to school. "

"What about my clothes, how will they get to Bella's house? "

" I'll drop them off on my way to the airport. I have to go now if I'm going to make it in time for my flight, bye sweetie. "

"Bye mom I'm gonna miss you. "

"Me too, I'll call you when I land, ok? "

"Ok "I said before I gave her a hug . I know what your thinking Constantine it's just three days . Ever since my dad left its been me and her every night, morning, day, and hour. This is her first business trip, meaning the first time we'll be apart. Anyway so my emotional self ate my breakfast while scrolling down my newsfeed on Facebook and then left for school.

At school

When I arrived at school, there were hardly anyone there probably because some streets were still closed because of floods and broken tree branches. I walked into my first period class and the one person I expected to use the hurricane as an excuse not to show up was the only person there with some Asian girl that had a perfect attendance .( Jason) As I was walking towards him, he got up to leave then he noticed me.

"Oh hey good grades "

" Hello Jason , what are you doing here? "

" It's a school day isn't it?"

" Yeah but 90% of the school isn't here."

"That doesn't mean I should stay home, but anyway bye." He said walking away from me.

"Wait!! Where are you going? "

"I'm leaving, there's only two teachers here and they only teach the freshmen class. I'm not sitting here and dying of boredom. "

"So what am I suppose to do? "

" I don't know go home or something. "

"Can I come with you?" I said hoping he wouldn't reject me cause I had no where to go. My house was locked and I really wasn't ready to go to Bella's house.

"I don't want to get you in trouble. "

"Trust me I'll be fine, please I have no where to go my mom not in town and Makayla's gone too. " I said

After staring at me for about two minutes, he finally made a loud sigh and said " fine ". The moment I heard those words I jumped up like a 6 year old that was just told she's going to Disney World.

" Come on hurry up before we're late. "

" Late for what? "

"The guys and I are going to a strip club. "

" Wait what?!!"

"Just kidding, you should've seen your face . You're cute when your scared. " he said while laughing.

" But seriously where are we going? "

" You'll have to wait and find out. "

"That's not fair."
