Chapter 16

Constantine's P.O.V

The next morning as me and Jessica waited patiently for Makayla, we did our morning routine and ate breakfast.While me and Jessica were debating on who is the badest bitch on Love And Hip Pop Hollywood the doorbell rang. I rushed to the door cause I thought it was Makayla but the person waiting for me was someone I missed so very much.The moment I opened the door and saw the person I yelled like a little girl "Mommy!!"

"Sweetheart I miss you so much" she said hugging me tightly.

"You didn't call "I said with a disappointed face .

"The dick was too good , she couldn't spare a minute to call you "I heard a voice say from the back of my mom.When we both looked outside we saw Makayla walking towards the house."Makayla , I may be young but I can still punish if you get out of hand ."

"I know, sorry second mommy "

"Constantine go get your things while I go talk to Bella's mom."

"OK"

When my mom walked to the kitchen me and Makayla went upstairs to meet Jessica. We sat down on the bedroom in silence until Jessica said "Can we talk about what happened last night?"

"We gave away possibly are only clue to finding Bella and what happened to Amanda .I honestly don't know what we should do ." I replied

"For now let's just focus on proving your innocence."Makayla said

"You're right , for now no listening to text messages , letters or anything . Deal?"I said

"Deal" they said

"Well I have to go , my mom needs me to go grocery shopping for Thanksgiving." Jessica said

"Yeah I have to help mom clean the house."Makayla said

"OK bye girls" I said getting up to hug them both.

After Makayla and Jessica left , I pulled my suitcases into my mom's car waiting for her to drive me home . I miss Sebastian so much , no one can replace him . I can't wait to lay down with him tonight ( if you don't know who Sebastian is he's a giant teddy bear that Jason got me for Valentine's day when we were six years old.) As we drove home my mom kept asking me questions like " How did Mrs. R treat you? Did you miss me? Etc" I don't think Mrs R told her about what happened the first night at her house, cause she hasn't said anything about it.When my mom unlocked the front door I yelled " Home sweet home"

"You really didn't like it there?"

"I never said that its just , there's no place like home ."

"Anyway I'm going to bed , that business trip drained me. Oh and sweetheart tonight we're going out for dinner with my boss."

"You mean boyfriend?"

"Boss sounds more professional and if you go out leave a note and get back in time ."

"Sure"

Just as I was about to go to my room to cuddle with Sebastian , I got a text message

Jason- meet me outside your house, we're going out

Constantine- let me get this straight , you don't call me for like two days then you text me to go somewhere with you

Jason- Trust me this trip will make up for those two days

Constantine- Fine , I'll be out in a minute

I walked in my room and picked out jean shorts , a white tank top and red and white converse sneakers. I quickly wrote my my a note and left.
