I've been let down by so many people and things so many times that I'm not surprised when someone texts me last minute saying they can't come. In fact, I expect that. People get mad when I'm not excited about something that's going to happen in my future cuz really what are the odds? I'm saving myself by not getting excited about things. Sorry.
