"so here are the first episode's scripts," shawn said as he handed out stacks of papers to all of us. we sat down at a long table as we waited for the rest of the cast who would be in episode one to show up. i was awaiting the entry of joe keery, who was my favorite character in season two.

"so," millie started, breaking all of our independent conversations. "are you guys as excited as i am for this?"

"hell yeah!" finn yelled, getting everyone's attention.

"if joe doesn't show up in five minutes, we are going to start," matt duffer explained.

"i cannot wait to meet him," i announced. "he was my favorite character in season two."

"i'm a little hurt by that statement," gaten replied, pretending to be hurt.

"dustin and steve were my favorites when they were together, gaten. no need to be worried," i laughed.

"ouch," millie and finn whined together.

"calm down, mileven," emily chirped.

"i'm a little sad that no one even mentioned my name yet," sadie laughed, sitting up in her chair.

"there may be a reason for that," finn rolled his eyes, jokingly.

"zoom away, finn," sadie quoted.

"agreed," i grinned at finn, who was chuckling at the line from season two.

"then you'd be sad, ar," millie smirked. i rolled my eyes.

"i'm so sorry i'm late. i got stuck in traffic. did you choose the new actors?" joe fumbled inside.

"yeah, meet aria and emily," justin said. emily and i waved as our names came out of his mouth. "aria is playing charlotte and emily is playing sarah."

"hi, i'm joe. i play steve," he introduced himself.

"oh i know. you were my favorite in season two," i complimented.

"nice to finally meet you, momma steve," emily smiled.

"better watch out," finn started. "joe will adopt you without warning."

"yeah i will," joe laughed.

"alright," ross duffer began. "let's start." we began to read the script, but every few lines, one of us would laugh.

"what's so funny over there?" justin asked, extremely nice. i remember from stranger things beyond, justin explained that having young kids as a cast was really hard. now i could see what he was saying.

"nothing at all," gaten said, still laughing.

"that's a good question," finn added, speaking through laughs.

"need a break?" justin asked us. we all nodded our heads and got up from the table. after we all calmed down, i asked a question.

"is it usually like that?"

"usually never," sadie answered.

"what were we laughing at again?" emily giggled.

"there isn't a correct answer for that," gaten replied.

"i have an answer," finn said, while pulling out his phone. "a group chat!"

"yes!" millie squealed. "this is going to be so much fun!"

"so much fun!" noah mocked millie's accent.

"oh shut up," she smiled, slapping noah on the shoulder.
