Turns out they were the thieves that were stealing pokemon from their trainers.
Luckily, she dealt with them.
They weren't hard.
Turns out, despite the horrible crimes they commited.
They were just a bunch of goons with nothing better to do besides world domination.
To Fuyumi, she found that boring..
World Domination? Seriously
How many people attempt to try this at life only to either succeed and/or fail.
But now...It was her destiny to stop them.
But now she was wanted by Team Rocket's boss. Dead or Alive.
Her brother Shiho is also in danger. Because they know him since he is her brother and he's famous around these parts.
Fuyumi: I have to train up my Pokemon for whatever comes our way...Also I learn that they were searching for legendary Pokemon here. I wonder what kind they're looking for...Whatever it is...It's not good..
With some help from Kanra, she also manage to help get so many people's pokemon back..
Fuyumi was glad she was able to do something great and help reunite so many Pokemon back where they belong.
After beating team rocket for the first time. Her Oshawott evolved into a Dewott and learned some new tricks like retaliate, whirlpool, and now performs two razor shells.
Fuyumi: Yes! We're getting stronger!
But that's not just it...
Fuyumi felt something moving...

Fuyumi opens up her bag.
The egg inside...
It begins to hatch...
It hatches completely as the glows dissolves into nothing.

It was an Eevee, which was an normal-type Pokemon. However unlike other normal type Pokemon, Eevee can evolve into other different types like water, electric, fire, fairy, etc.
Fuyumi: AWWWW! YOU'RE SO ADORABLE!
Fuyumi started scratching behind Eevee's ears causing it to purr.
Eevee: Vee! Eevee~!
Fuyumi: Aren't you the cutest thing!
Fuyumi gave Eevee a big kiss on the forehead which makes it squeals in happiness and love.
Eevee continues to purr while Fuyumi's smile.
