A/N: Fuyumi gets ready to her third gym badge. However, she runs into some familiar trouble.
Fuyumi: Finally. I made to Soraku City!
Fuyumi walked down the mountain path all the way into the city. She was so excited!
Fuyumi went to the pokemon center and ask Nurse Joy to heal her pokemon.
Nurse Joy came a few seconds later and hand her back Dewott, Pangoro, Mimikyu, and Eevee.
Nurse Joy: Here you go. All nice and healthy.
Fuyumi: Thanks Nurse Joy. Are you guys ready for the gym battle?
All of her pokemon cheered and nodded.
Fuyumi: Alright then. Let's go.
She was about to leave when she heard the door open and saw Sylvia.
Sylvia: Wassup Pigtails~!
Fuyumi: Ah shit! 😒😒😒
Sylvia frowns at her.
Sylvia: Is that what you're always going to say when you see me?
Fuyumi: Most likely...
Sylvia: Whatever. Anyway. I already got the third badge. No sweat.
Fuyumi: (You gotta be kidding me! Why is she always one step ahead?!)
Sylvia: But right now. I won't battle you. I'll just wait til you get yours. I'll meet you at the desert lands north of here outside of town. I'll be waiting.
Sylvia was about to leave until she stopped in her tracks and looks at Fuyumi.
Sylvia: Oh friendly tip. My older brother Daku is the gym leader of this town. His pokemon are fairy-type. I have been able to beat him but you may not be so lucky. Fairy is vulnerable by the Fire, Poison, and Steel types. However, Fire types often struggle defensively and are not super-effective against Fairy. Other then that, it's almost hard to beat a fairy type since they are one of the new species of Pokemon. Good luck Fuyumi...You'll need it...
The girl walked away leaving Fuyumi in her thoughts.
Fuyumi: Well...Things are just getting better and better...
