Allura had bags under her eyes she was so close to figuring out the antidote to the toxin in Pidges body. She was desperate and so was everyone else they wanted their buddy back.
Pidge was fast asleep in lances arms while he rubbed circles on he small back her new clothes were loose which showed a sign of her shrinking the estimated age for her now was 6 they were obviously running out of time.
Pidge stirred in her sleep but was still passed out.
"Shhhhhh, baby girl." Lance soothed he turned to the clock which read 6:30 am.
"Rock a bye baby in the tree top. When the wind blows the cradle will rock. When cradle rocks the cradle will fall, then comes baby cradle and all." Lance sang softly.
"Mama." Pidge whispered.
~ Breakfast ~
The paladins all sat at the table, well except for two.
"Pidge can you say good morning?" Lance asked the now small child.
"Oo mornin." She coughed out.
"Good girl." The paladins clapped.
"Aaaye." She cheered while raising her hands in the air.
"Awe you cutie." Lance smiled as he kissed Pidge's cheek she laughed.
"GUYS I DID IT!" Allura panted from the door way obviously tired and sweaty her clothes clang to her body her hair wet and eyes bloodshot.
"I FOUND THE CURE."
The paladins got up and followed her anticipation was in the air.
Everyone was silent as they made their way to the lab.
Once they got there they watched Allura in hope.
"So I took some of her blood and mixed it with a fluid I made from some leaves from an extinct planet from 33000 years ago and some Galra blood I extracted from a body on the floor from when we invaded the last time. bam her blood is a normal red and as you can see under the microscope the poison is no longer there." She showed.
"THATS AMAZING ALLURA LETS GIVE IT TO HER." Hunk shouted in excitement.
"Alright lance hold her still."
