A/N: So, if you recall, my girl Mikey had a birthday a few months ago and I wrote something called Mikey Birthday which took place ten years in the future. In said one shot, I made in mention of Of Mice and Men and the state of Nebraska. And I quote:

"A few minutes later, a man wearing large sun glasses walked over and sat next to Austin. He slid down the sunglasses. It was none other than Alan Ashby.

"Hey, hey you. Happy birthday." He whisper yelled to me. I raised an eyebrow. "Aaron won't allow any of us around Jenna or you after what happened back in Nebraska." I laughed and nodded, putting a finger up to my lips. He nodded firmly at me before leaving through the front door. I burst out laughing."

Yeah, that. So, I decided to write what happened in Nebraska for part of her Christmas present. Other parts of said gift may include bubble bath. Everything includes bubble bath with me.

So, without further ado, please enjoy

NEBRASKA!

Of course it would be my luck. Only my best friend could get me kicked out of two bars. Only my best friend could get us kicked off a tour only one leg in. I looked over at the giggling girl who was sprawled out across the pavement. I shook my head. The life of a Momager.

Red Cloud. A small town with roughly a thousand residents with a large part of history.

Of Mice and Men. Mine and Jenna's favorite band for a time. Of course, Jenna had her list of people she needed to tour with before she died. I made it happen, because I'm that good of a momager, and Of Mice and Men became that crappy of a band. It was about half way through the tour when they wanted to stop for a drink. I looked outside at the town we were passing through from the large bus window.

"It's a pretty small town, I doubt anyone would know us." I told them, giving them the okay to stop. Jenna wooed and ran back to her bunk. I rolled my eyes and grabbed my sweatshirt, pulling it over my head. Alan Ashby looked over at me.

"Is this how you go clubbing?" He demanded, looking at my jeans and sweatshirt. I nodded slowly.

"Tonight, yeah." The ginger shook his head and went back to my bag and started rummaging through it. He brought me out a pile of clothes. I looked through them. There was a tight, red tank top, a black leather jacket, a pair of ripped skinny jeans, a red bra, and a thong.

"I didn't even bring a thong..." I mumbled. Jenna giggled from the bathroom.

"I may have stuff one in there." She yelled. I sighed and went to change. It was going to be a long night.

I stood back from the mirror and looked. Jenna had straightened my hair then left me to do my makeup so I didn't look like a five year old tried to do it. Alan sighed.

"You look gorgeous." He said softly. I smiled.

"Thanks." I told him. He held out his hand for me to take. He then whisked me off the bus and into a taxi, sitting me on Jenna's lap. I didn't even realize that I left my phone on the bus.

I sat at the bar watching Jenna dancing on the one and only Aaron Pauley. I had been to two homecomings and prom with Jenna and had only seen her grind once. She hadn't been that good at it, either. But somehow, she had greatly improved, thank the good lord. I shook my head and took another sip of my martini. I shook my head as she pulled away from Aaron and walked over to me. She ordered a shot and stood with her back against the bar. The twenty four year old sighed and leaned back.

"Ugh, I needed this." She told me, her tight, purple, holographic dress showing off every contour of her body.

"I could have lived." I replied. By this time, I had realized that my phone was back on the bus. Jenna sighed.
