Will entered the room they shared. Nico was in the large clawfoot tub. His tail folding over the back. He was staring out the window at the night and the constellation of Zoe Nightshade.
"Hey, baby, I know it doesn't make a dent in what but I got you a gift for the first day of Hanukkah. No for my first Hanukkah with you."
Will placed the candlebra on the window sill. "I saw one in a store on the way here. I knew your mother's was broken by the Nazis."
He placed the first candle in. And then held the match out to Nico. "Do you want to light it?"
