I throw the Doctor's body aside, she's dead and of no use to me anymore. I want to scream and roar and rip apart the whole room, but I need to keep it together. My mate was just injected with who know what and I needed to stay calm for her sake. I rushed over to Elinn and pulled her into my arms.

"Elinn, baby are you okay? I'm so sorry this is happening, I didn't know that was going to happen. I'm never going to let you get hurt, he won't find you, I won't let him find you. I didn't mean for this to happen! I'm so sorry." Elinn was struggling to breath and she didn't appear to have any control over her body.

"N....n....not........y....your......fau....lt," Elinn rasped out and I could feel a twinge of pain in my throat. It wasn't my pain though it was Elinn's, talking was hurting her, but she wanted me to know that she didn't blame me.

"Shhh, rest your voice, don't worry about all of this right now. Just focus on breathing for me okay. Luke is on his way right now to try and figure out what's going on. I promise we will figure this all out after you get better." Elinn's eyes began to flutter shut and I rushed to keep her awake.

"Elinn you can't go falling asleep on me right now. I need you to stay awake for me, bad things could happen if you fall asleep." Elinn wasn't listening and I did the only thing I could think of.

"Elinn open your eyes right now," I used my Alpha command. It did nothing Elinn's eyes stayed glued shut. That shouldn't happen, even though she was a royal wolf she was also my mate. My commands as well as hers were to be followed by the other, but for some reason her body wasn't registering that.

Just then Luke ran in the room medical bag in tow and he began working. He began shining a light in her eyes seeing if they were reactive. He seemed to only tense up and began to rush faster to check the rest of her.

"Luke what's going on? How bad is it, will she be okay?" I blurted, but Luke just ignored me and focused on his work. It scared me that he wasn't answering my questions.

Luke pulled a syringe out of his bag and began to clean Elinn's arm. He pulled out several different bottles of medicine and prepped some different needles. Before he could plunge anything into my mates body my wolf took over and stopped Luke.

"I understand that you are her doctor, but I need you to talk to me and my human. We are stressed about this and just watched another doctor plunge an unknown substance into the one thing that matters most to me in the entire world. So you had better tell me what is going on before I decide that your face needs a nice set of claws in it." My wolf growled out trying to be patient with this man that he knew mattered deeply to our mate and myself.

"Your mate has been drugged with what I assume is Anti-Lycansium. I know that you and I both know the consequences of the drug and I need to get these medicines into her." Luke said and I immediately moved my arms out of the way.

Anti-Lycansium is a very nasty drug that has horrible side effects. It begins to shut down the nervous system and causes your lungs to begin to shut down. It begins to eat away at your insides and your creates vivid hallucinations in the person's head. After a few hours the victims bodies begin to burn up and cuts, bruises, and broken bones begin to randomly appear on the body. They are all of the past injuries that were inflicted upon the person and won't stop until they end up dead.

Luke begins to push medicine after medicine into my little mates body. I wish that I was able to tell if they were doing any good or helping my mate. I watched as my mates breathing became more labored, but at the same time her color did seem to improve slightly.

"Come on, we need to get her back to the hospital room so. We need to start clearing her blood as soon as possible." I scooped her into my arms and followed Luke as he pulled out his phone and began frantically talking to whoever answered. I assumed that he was calling one of the nurses so that they could prep for whatever was about to happen in that hospital room.

I set Elinn down on her hospital bed and she was immediately surrounded by nurses and doctors who began pinching and prodding at my poor and helpless mate. I wanted so badly to be near her, but I couldn't reach her. I could feel phantom pains from her injuries and it was causing a yearning for my mate and my wolf clawing to come to the front.

I could hear Elinn begin to whimper and call out. I couldn't tell what she was saying, but I had to get to her. I pushed people out of the way not caring about what they would think. I had to comfort her, I couldn't stop the pain in her body, but I could stop the pain in her heart.

"Don't worry Elinn, I'm here now. You will be okay and I will make that Alpha scum pay if it's the last thing I do." I vowed with all the passion I had in my body. I could feel a presence in my head of a mind link.

"Alpha Carter, we found the man who was in charge of hurting the Luna in the old pack." One of Dungeon guards mine linked me. My wolf couldn't be contained and I immediately changed into my wolf. He was so big he could easily give Elinn's face a quick lick before we were running toward the pack dungeons.

I ran all the way to the dungeons faster than I did before. Faster even then the day I found my mate bleeding out on the floor. I changed mid stride and just grabbed the shorts a random guard handed me and was rushing down the stairs.

I burst into the interrogation room and glared at the man. Then I did a double take of the man standing in front of me. He was skinny like he hadn't eaten in years and hadn't seen sunlight in longer. There was no way this man could be the one who hurt my mate.

"This is Alpha Marcus of the Shadow Mountain pack. He has freely admitted to it." The man nodded and didn't take his eyes off of me.

"I am not the Alpha who hurt your mate. Then man you are looking for isn't me, he's much stronger. The man you are looking for was the first rouge."
