"..............What?"

(Name) didn't know how to feel. Happy? Angry? Sad? It was all mixed. She was happy that Yami said he loved her but she was mad at how Yami couldn't remember her and sad because she was afraid if it was a false love. Meanwhile, Yami felt his face flush restating his statement once again "I think- no- I know that I love you, (name). I may not remember how we used to be or what we use to be, but that's ok. We can make new memories here, at least until I get my former memories back" Yami said with a tone full of passion making (name) feel tears gather in her eyes despite how much she fought them. She rubbed them away and smiled at Yami but the smile soon went away when she spoke with honesty "Yami, you don't have your memories and that's what makes me anxious. It makes me believe that you might feel a false love despite me being your wife from thousands of years ago" (name)'s tone held shame as she leaned her head downwards. Yami smiled a small and caring smile while taking (name)'s hands in larger his one pulling her into a loose yet tight hug "I will wait for you if that's what you want me to do. I'm willing to wait for you even if it takes this entire lifetime" Yami said with a small smile. (Name) felt her chest squeeze seeing Yami's smile. The one she always remembered and loved. The feeling of time slowing down suddenly appeared before them as they inched closer like a magnet attracting both the north and south. Soon both breaths touching one another became a soothing feeling while both' natural scent gave them a sense of security. Finally, their lips had connected in a soft kiss that turned into one full of love and passion. (Name) could see the memories of love in the back of her mind making her eyes water before blinking the tears away knowing she should enjoy this loving moment.

A knock was heard at the door causing the two pulled away quickly with cheeks that bloomed the color of a soft red. A nurse walked in and smiled at the two "Ms. (Last), I brought you some food" the nurse announced and (name) nodded her head thanking the lady. The nurse placed the food on the nightstand excusing herself out the door. "I apologize..." Yami spoke up making (name) look up at him with confusion "for what?" She asked with Yami answering awkwardly quick "for kissing you" he said with embarrassment. (Name) could only look at him before hugging him saying it was alright, that it didn't bother her. Yami stayed with (name) while she finished eating her given meal "do you like the food here?" Yami asked (name), who nodded with a childlike smile "yep!" Making Yami feel soft "well when you get discharged, I'll take you somewhere that also has good food," Yami said proudly "thank you, Yami!" (Name) cheered giving Yami a large hug making Yami chuckled. The couple began to talk about the time they were in now and about how things went "so the money here is called yen?" "exactly" (name) had learned about money usage, money worth, manners, and honorifics. (Name) had been amazed by the knowledge Yami had about this country, of course, he has been here longer.

"Ms. (Last), visiting hours are over."

A nurse said upon entering the room and the two nodded. (Name) looked up at Yami "get home safely" she said with a loving smile as Yami gave one back "I will. Make sure to sleep soon, Ife" Yami said making the female beside him blush a deep shade of red. Yami gave a deep-voiced chuckle before kissing (name) of the forehead "until tomorrow.... hob" and with that, Yami left the room as a blushing (name) looked at him as if in a daze on her bed. After that (name)'s smile wouldn't leave her face no matter how much effort she would make in trying to keep a straight face "he knows how to say "love" in Egyptian" (name) fangirled quietly. She went outside her room and left to the roof where the nightly breeze brushed against her cheek giving her a sense of ease. The sound of the nightly busy city was, for some reason, a bit relaxing. It was probably because (name) needed some noise after so many years of being deceased. Spreading her arms out, (name) breathed in the cool, refreshing air while thinking about everything that had happened ever since she first opened her eyes to now 'a lot has happened ever since I woke up' (name) said to herself opening her (e/c) eyes again seeing how starry the navy blue sky was. She saw many stars in Egypt and the nights were warmer here than Egypt additional to the full moon that illuminated the top of the roof when a thought came to mind:
