"They are coming!" Lumière shouted as he and Mr. Cogsworth rushed into the kitchen. "Final checks, everyone!" Lumière clasped his hands together as he looked around in the hustling kitchen. He climbed the dishwasher as Mr. Cogsworth tried running towards him but failed to do so and huffed out a breath as he looked at Lumière, "No, you don't! Do you realise how furious Master will be after he finds out about your plan? He will blame it all on me."

Lumière shrugged at him as he said looking at the washed plates on the rack, "Yes, I'll make sure of it." He picked up a plate as he handed it to the coat hanger to dry off and he said, "But, did you see her stand up to him? I'm telling you, this girl is the one." He picked up a spoon and handed it to the coat hanger and said, "Hey, chauffer, you missed a spot." He jumped off from the dishwasher and landed on the table. "You know; she'll never love him." Mr. Cogsworth said as he looked at Lumière.

Mr. Cogsworth climbed slowly on the moving table and Lumière helped him up as he said, "A broken clock is right two times a day, but this is not one of those time, Cogsworth. Stand up straight." Lumière said as he moved onto the fireplace as he exclaimed, "It's time to sparkle!" He looked at the utensils cooking the food and he encouraged them as he spoke, "I have no taste buds but, I can tell it's going to taste amazing."

The cook who had been turned into stove muttered annoyingly, "Get off me while I work!" Lumière checked as he looked into the utensils, "Pepper! Salt!" Mr. Cogsworth scoffed at his enthusiasm as she scolded Lumière, "Not so loud, keep it down!" Lumière sighed as he said, "Of course, of course. But, what is a dinner without a little music?" He cleaned the candle stand on the table with a cloth and placed it down nicely as he jumped down from the table and made his way out of the room. Mr. Cogswoth scoffed as he followed Lumière, "Music?"

Lumière spotted Maestro Cadanza and rushed towards him, "Maestro Cadanza, are you ready?" He asked at the old piano and the old, rusty piano sighed at him as he answered, "It has been so long since I've performed." The piano walked slowly towards Lumière and he played his keys lightly as he muttered, "I can't barely even remember how." Maestro Cadanza began playing the keys and it started out nice as he played a tune but, as he reached a higher note, the keys stopped with a loud shriek, causing Maestro Cadanza to groan out loud.

"Another cavity." Maestro Cadanza sighed as he looked down at his keys. Lumière looked up at him sadly as he spoke, "Maestro, your wife is upstairs. Finding it harder and harder to stay awake." Lumière walked closer to him as he spoke, "She's counting on you to help us break this curse." Maestro Cadanza straightened up as he proudly looked at Lumière, "Then, I shall play through the dental pain."

Mr. Cogsworth stood next to Lumière and he asked Maestro Cadanza, "Maestro, can you play quartet, please?" Maestro Cadanza scoffed at him as he sarcastically muttered, "Oh, quartet. Of course!" He looked at narrowing his eyes and asked, "Are there any other tasteless demands you wished to make upon my artistry?"

Mr. Cogsworth didn't get the memo as he innocently replied, "No, that's it." All three of them heard footsteps approaching them. Mrs. Potts spoke loudly, "There you go darling!"

Lumière showed Ella the way as they entered the dining room. The room was dark as she walked in and saw Plumette fly in the air and hold a mirror in her hand as it reflected the light on the table. Lumière followed the light's reflection and stood in it as he welcomed Ella, "Mademoiselle!" He held his hands behind his back as he greeted her, "It is with the deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you tonight." He took a step forward as he spoke, "And now, we invite you to relax." He said as bowed in front of her.

Ella gasped as she was pushed to sit down as a chair appeared and her knees gave in. "Let us pull up a chair!" She heard Lumière speak as she glanced back at him. She smiled lightly at him as he continued, "As the dining room proudly presents-" He smiled at her and as he gestured his hands in the air, the dishes and the cutlery all flew in the air and settled themselves in front of her. The music playing in the background suddenly stopped and Lumière looked at Maestro Cadanza nervously, but Maestro Cadanza managed to end the note and Lumière finished, "Your dinner!"
