Chapter 22: Magnetic

The night was over just like that , another fine evening with new and old friends .. cameron and Brian got to the dorms first , Brian dropped her off and she went to her room , Brian was a little disappointed because he was atleast expecting a kiss on the cheek.or even.a hug , but he settled for a handshake , he thought may be she takes time.to open up ..

He stood their around his car , waiting for Nathan and sky to show up because they all left at the same time ..

It was after few minutes that 2 other cars pulled up behind him ..

Sky came out of the car holding a door open for Belle , she came out holding his hand , and they both looked at Brian and smiled , but they didn't stay long as Sky walked upstairs with Belle to drop her off at her room ..

Brian giggle like a girl looking at the hopeless romantic couple .. then came  behind him Nathan , Shauna and Amelia

"Hey man !" Nathan jumped at him

Shauna and Amelia just laughed at the boys "so how was your goodnight talk " Shauna sneered at him , teasing him about cameron

Brian felt sad but didnt show it infront of his friends "it was good " he smiled , but shauna knew that he was lying , she didn't say anything then , she thought of talking to him after..

"Well , its late , you girls should go , rest up " Brian proposed , so that he could also leave the building

"Yeah , we had a great time tonight , thanks to both of you " Shauna thanked them , "thankyou for escorting me" she kissed Nathan's cheek and Brian looked at them , thinking about how his  own date ended .. Amelia noticed him , she chuckled

"Thankyou for tonight " she smiled humbly at him and kissed his cheek , he chuckled "Thankyou " he said hugging her

And then hugging Shauna "see you tomorrow? " He asked , he wanted to talk about today with her , talking to her made him feel good , he couldn't deny it ..

"Absolutely" she smiled at him , leaning in and kissing his cheek gently .. he felt a smile curving up on his face ..

Nathan and Amelia watched them , and raised their eyebrows at each other ..

Brian sat in his car , and Shauna also walked upstairs .. Nathan smiled at Amelia and was about to go to his car "Garret " Amelia called out to him

He turned around , he didn't expected for her to call him out ..

"Mathews , are you going to kiss me too   " He teased turning around

Amelia chuckled this time she wasn't really offended by him

"A smile " he gasped "what did I do to deserve that " he came closer to her

"I wanted to say sorry " she smiled at him again

"Sorry ? For what ?" He shook his head ..

"I was too quick to judge you , I should've given you a fair chance " she said looking down a weak smile on.her face

He felt the conversation was serious and he figured that may be it was about mark

"If it's about Mark , then you don't have to put me on a pedestal , anyone would've done the same thing " He tried to ease her mood

"No its not about that " she said again "although I do need to Thank you for that " she chuckled

"I think you hit your head at the party , pretty hard , your acting strange " he assumed ,clearly from her behaviour , she was saying all sort of things he would not expect from her
