Chase and Gabby continued to stay and drink water. They were unbelievably hungry, but they were still getting water. That's all that matters. BOOM! Another contestant had died.

Chase and Gabby looked at each other. The first contestant to die from lack of water had just now died. People would soon be dying too at a very drastic rate. By the end of the day, 20 out of 40 contestants had died from dehydration. Chase and Gabby have been very lucky for getting such a precious donation.
