5. The Opening Ceremonies

Chase and Gabby's stylists put the finishing touches on their costume. Okay you guys are ready. Their costumes had fountains of water coming out of them. You will be called the siblings made of water. They came to the tunnel. 10 minutes until they came out. Chase spoke to Gabby. " Are you nervous?" "No. Not at all," Gabby said. "I am only nervous about the games themselves. The calm computer ladies went over the intercom. 30 seconds until the ceremonies commence." I am ready," Chase said. They could hear the crowd outside chanting a countdown. 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1, let the games commence! All of the competitors came out of the tunnel. Chase and Gabby were amazed at how many people were watching in the crowd. Chase thought there could have been 100,000 people in the stands. all of the other competitors were very serious and were only thinking about strategies for winning the games. Only Chase and Gabby were smiling and waving to the crowds. On the outside they looked glad they were here, but on the inside they were a nervous wreck.
