After that, I was discharged from the hospital. I kept myself in my room and ask everyone to give some space for me. They did what I say. Three days passed. I think a lot about my life and about everyone else.

Why I'm behaving like this? This is not what my parents taught me although they are not my biological daughter. Why can't I accept the fact and this pain? 

People always forget about how grateful we are when experiencing some pain. There are so many things in this life. And there are so many lessons. 

I walked to downstairs. I saw my parents, Jackson and Julia who are doing their works. Everyone looked dull too. I know mom worried about me so much. She didn't eat well just like me. 

Dad always checks me out in my room. I pretended to sleep whenever he stops by. He will cover the blanket on my body and kiss my forehead before leaving. Jackson will buy Hersey's Chocolates and my favorites food whereas Julia stays by side to make sure I'm eating or not.

''Mom'', I called.

Everyone turned to see me.

''Can we go out, dad? I feel boring'', I asked my dad while smiling.

''y....ya sure. Anything for you dear'', dad looked surprised.

Dad cancels all his meetings. He then brings us all to the amusement park. We enjoyed well. I started to smile and laugh at Jackson's teasing and jokes. Then, we had our dinner at one restaurant.

''Can you feed me?'', dad looked happy when I asked him. He shoves the food in my mouth.

''I'm sorry.'', I started as everyone turned to see me.

''I'm so sorry. I hurt you guys. I'm so sorry'', I cried.

''I was so in pain and when I behaving rude, I feel relieved. And I realize how wrong I was. I hurt everyone with my character. I insulted your daughter. She was a good girl but I.... I'm not.''

My mom hugged me.

''No dear. We understand your feelings.'', she comforts me.

''I'm not, mom..... I changed to a bad girl'', I deny the fact.

''No June. You are a good girl. We are proud of you'', dad calls me by my name. I looked up at my dad.

''Dad''

''I hate to say this but... you are my monkey best sister in the world'', Jackson suddenly spills out.

I chuckled while wiping my tears.

''And you are my monkey brother ever!!'', I stick out my tongue.

Everyone laugh. The next day,

''Mom, can I go out for a while?'', I asked her permission first.

''Oh dear... you are allowed to go everywhere you want but make sure you tell me where you want to go first OK?'', she told me.

''I want to meet Ryan''

''O...Oh... Ya ya... sure.... I heard Jackson is with Ryan in Ryan's company. Should I ask him to fetch you?'', mom asked.

''No mom. I wanted to walk''

''Ok dear. Careful''

I walked to Ryan's company. I get to know through the receptionist that Ryan is in the cafeteria with Jackson. So, I enter the cafeteria. There are only few workers in there. Jackson and Ryan were talking and laughing together. Jackson looked surprised seeing me. Ryan turns to see me. His expression changed.

''You are here?'', Jackson asked.

''Ya, I want to talk with Ryan'', I told him.

Ryan doesn't say anything. He was looking pretty serious. Well, I can't blame him after what I did.

''Ok then... I take leave first''

''No. I won't take much time. You can stay'', I told Jackson to not leave.

I take my seat opposite of Ryan. He was staring at me.

''I'm sorry for everything, Ryan. I'm truly sorry.'', I started.

Jackson was drinking his coffee while looking at another side; pretending that he doesn't hear me.

''If I used you for my sake, I'm sorry. Thank you for everything you have done for me. I just want to tell you that.... I didn't befriend you because of her heart. Maybe that's what I want for myself''

Ryan raised one of his brows in disbelief.

''I realized how wrong I was. I thought if I hurt people, my pain will lessen. You are my good friend. Let's stay like that. I hope we can call off our engagement officially'', I told him while looking straight to his eyes.

Jackson looked shocked and he turns to see me.

''You deserve to be with a good girl. Stay happy'', I walked out after that. 

I didn't turn to see Ryan but I know he was looking at me.
