Okay so for my girls out there.
If you feel more comfortable wearing make-up and it makes you happy do it.
Do what makes you feel beautiful.
But I just want you to know you're beautiful without it.
Take it from a girl that rarely wears makeup, no one treats you any different.
I have so much more time in the morning not worrying about it.
If someone judges you or says something rude about it.
They obviously shouldn't be in your life.
As long as you feel beautiful other people will see your beauty.
So Rule #28 Make-up or none, whatever makes you feel beautiful!
