****Trigger Warning- what I say in this is very closed minded and overall just horrible. I have removed most of the chapter but I did leave some. If you are struggling with mental illness please reach out to anyone you trust to get help. Mental illness is very real and I almost removed this chapter due to my damaging words. To restate, a 14 year old wrote this in a self destructive manner. In a way I was writing this to tell myself how weak I thought of myself to be. If you or someone you know is struggle with suicidal thoughts the suicide hotline prevention number is 800-273-8255 please contact them. Again mental illness is real and horrible, I greatly apologize for my naive and uneducated words if you have previously read this.

A 'professional' once told me that once someone had suicide in there head, they will think it's the only way and it's near to impossible to stop them.

So Rule #41 Suicide is a topic that could be discussed for days. But lives can be taken in seconds.
