Rule #74

Anxiety.

Anxiety is one tough subject because it is not something you can control.

For example, I have anxiety attacks.

And they are not fun.

For people that do not have them I will give you a short summary of what I go through.

Image it,

A normal day, nothing better to do then to sit outside in the bright sun.

All of a sudden your stomach starts to churn.

The feeling of food that hasn't been digested right.

You know what's coming and what soon will consume you.

You try and prepare yourself maybe even stop it in it's tracks.

You take a few deep breathes but you feel the ropes tighten.

The ropes that have tied them self to your lungs and is tightening around them you barely think you will be able to breathe.

And your heart,

It is beating as fast as it would be if you just ran 7 miles.

And everything is to hot, way to hot for comfort.

That lasts about 5 minutes or maybe 10 depends on the day or situation.

That's it, and even after breath doesn't come easy.

So Rule #74 Whether it be anxiety or anything else that you're going through.Things will change, just believe.
