I have learned that keeping in things like your feelings, does not make you a stronger person.

In reality it slowly kills you from the inside out, and until you let it out, it will only eat at you until you do.

So if you ever just 'forget' something or you think it does not really matter that much.

It does, trust me when I say you will never feel better until you do!

So Rule #1 express your feelings or thoughts that are burdens to you.
