Try something new once in a while.

Not just food... which of course was the first thing that came to my mind.

But do something spontaneous.

Mix it up.

Like instead of sitting in your room all day go bungee jumping or something,

Or instead of getting frosted flakes (totally obsessed) every time, get fruity pebbles.

So Rule #31 Mix it up a little, do something you normally wouldn't do.
