The following day, Atty was up before Brook, she headed into the kitchen to fix breakfast and also hoping she would be alone long enough to question Jimmy. She prepares breakfast and sat down to drink her coffee. Within a couple of minutes, Jimmy entered the kitchen, "Good morning Atty. Where my Brook?" he asked "She seem under the weather, last night, so I've let her sleep in. I'll check on her and take her some breakfast when I'm down my coffee." she explained "Good, I have a couple of important things to do today. I might be gone by the time she wakes. Let her know I will return, by dinner time." he explained as he fixes himself a cup of coffee.
"So, what is it today? Exactly what are you planning with that young Nathing boy? I know you're up to something but what, I don't know." she said as she gave him a grin. "Atty, what is your problem? What makes you think that I must explain all my actions to you?" he said in a mean tone. "Well, I do take care of your daughter. Been doing this all my life. I'm not complaining but I would like to know if she or I am in danger." she explained "Well you have nothing to worry about, no ones in danger. I just have to do what has to be done, if I want a good life for my child." he explained "And what makes you think that if Brook sees the world with her own eyes, it's what she wants. She's not only going to see the beauty of life, but she will also see the evil within this messed up world." said Atty "Oh, well, bad always come with good, as long as her eyes have sight, that all that matters to me right now." he muttered as he got up and walked out, taking his coffee with him.
Atty just shook her head, "I hope this man doesn't get into any illegal stuff, I don't want Brook hearing that her Father was in jail for something stupid." she said as she fixes Brook's breakfast and headed to her bedroom.
Jimmy jumped into his truck and glance back, making sure Atty wasn't coming to continue her argument. Then he took out his cell phone and gave Nathing a call.
"Hey, my further father in law. What can I do for you today?" he asked "Hey, that shit about my daughter, it ain't going to happen. So get it out of your stupid head." Jimmy said in an angry tone. "Wooh, I've gotten up upset. Look I'm sorry about that, forget I ever said anything. Now tell what do you want?" said Nathing in a very polite voice.
"I was thinking about what you said." he replied "What part?" he said "The part when you said that we can make the donor die sooner, I do only have two weeks left to live, or maybe less," replied Jimmy "Not to change the subject, but have you told your people yet?" Nathing asked a bit of concern. "No, when I die, I'll die and that's that. I don't need my only child to be checking on me every day, to see if I died. I rather they don't know, when it happens, it happens." he explained "Wow, that sad. So tell me what do you decide to do?" the young man asked but this time with a whisper
"Well, I've checked out the list of people with the same blood type as my daughter. This list has hundreds and hundreds of donor, but only five of them are compatible." he explained "So, who are they?" asked Nathing
"There's a ninety-year-old lady, and this out of the question, my daughter's eyes are now dead, I won't replace them with old dying eyes. So now that leaves four people. I was thinking, maybe if we offer them money, they might just give up their eyes." Jimmy continued "Really, Jimmy, be for real, no one and I mean no one in their right mind, will willingly give up their eyesight to another and continue the rest of there eyes blind. That will never happen, not in this lifetime." explained Nathing
"Shit, I know you are right on that one. Now listen, there's an eighteen-year-old girl, a forty-year-old lady, a seven-year-old girl, and a twenty-year-old man. So who will we take?"Jimmy asked as he showed Nathing the names on the list.
"Well, the seven years, she out of the question, I don't hurt children. Now the eighteen-year-old, she just started living. I know, well kill the forty-year-old lady. She's lived so it's time to die." explained Nathing "Dude, don't need to put it in that way. It sounded horrible." he replied "Sorry about that, been watching too many gangster flicks. Listen write down her address on the palm of your hand, when we are done with her, the evidence will wash off of your palm. So, I'll pick you and the second it gets dark outside." replied Nathing
"What do you need me to do?" Jimmy asked "Just make sure you have her address, I'll take care of the rest. I'll give you a call at six or six-thirty, just make sure you pick up the cell." said Nathing "Don't worry I'll answer the phone. I'll be done dinner by seven, we can go then." said Jimmy "Fine, I'll see you then." replied Nathing. "Later then," said Jimmy as he hung up and headed to the closes hardware store.
