Chapter 8

The next morning I covered up the black circles around my eye with makeup so no one could really tell that I didn't sleep last night.

Everything about the day was normal and no one seem to notice something different about me. If I didn't look closely into me I wouldn't figure it out either. Joshua would act differently around me and so did Rose but I never knew why

I was in the lounge with the rest of the girls, Ivy reading a book while Tori was checking out so guys. Mae and Crystal were laughing at something hilarious. Rose and Joshua came into the lounge but they wouldn't look at me.

" hey rose so where have you been?" I said as she looked at me and rolled her eyes as I looked at her confused

" so-" before I could speak rose glared at me and walked out of the lounge slamming the door making everyone turn as Joshua follows behind her as I got up and walked out as I saw rose ranting to Joshua and they soon stopped as I approached

" When i walk out that doesn't mean follow me does it Marie." Rose said as I looked down ... she doesn't have called me that ... she knows that I don't like that name and she knows why

" Don't.call.me.that" I said slowly and looking at her with a glare and she glared at me back

" I can call you whatever the hell I want Marie." She said slowly and she was stepping close to me little by little

" I don't know what the hell your problem is but you need to tone it down" I said as she got close to me and gave me a shove and I stumbled back

" What the hell is your problem?!" I yelled out as everyone stopped and looked at us but from the corner of my eye I swear I thought I saw Joshua smirked at us but my eyes were probably deceiving me

" WHAT THE HELL IS MY PROBLEM!? You called yourself my best friend but you are going around talking shit about me. Ever since you have been hanging with Zachary you forgot who your true friends are!" Rose yelled out as I looked at her shocked

Was that true ? ... am I different but I just went a day without hanging out with them but I haven't wait .... I haven't talked shit about her I was with him the whole time when would I have time to do that

" I didn't talk shit about you so don't be spreading bullshit Rose!" I said yelling back at her as she looked at me shock as I saw the girls pushing through the crowd

" What the hell is going on?!" Crystal said as she looked at both of us confused

" She's been talking shit about me! Pretending to be my friend when in reality she's saying that I am a disgusting hyena and that the reason I've never invited to everything is because I am annoying." Rose yelled at me

" I have never ever called you any of those things Rose!" I said trying to go closer towards her but she stepped back crying as she left with Josh who still was smiling. What the hell shouldn't he at least like tried to stop all this

Crystal came up to me along with Mae,Ivy and Tori and they all looked at me. I don't know if they believed me but they all looked at me with this expression on their face as if they were debating who to believe like I was capable of doing this to someone.

" I didn't do it I swear I don't know what she is talking about" I said as Crystal and Mae came to my side but Tori and Ivy stood still like they weren't too convinced

" Katalina ... you have been spending more time with Zachary then with your friends ... it's like we don't matter anymore to you." Ivy said as Mae stepped up

" she goes on dates like you make it seem like you don't do that shit Ivy" Mae said looking at her and at me. Now I know who was on my side

" I do go on dates but with people who aren't assholes like Katalina does" Ivy said as I looked at her of course she would take Rose side.
