"Oh shit, I've made a huge mistake," Cash announced as she joined the group for lunch, sitting in between Kimi and Emmie on the grass. It was the Monday after the party, so everyone was learning about the aftermath.

"We know Cash but you're just gonna have to wait for your hair to grow out before you can get rid of the blonde," Will joked, before realising his mistake when Cash slapped him hard over the back of his head.

"What did you do now?" Kimi asked, ignoring Will's idiocy as she finished off the last few exercises of her maths homework, oddly uninterested in the gossip she was undoubtedly going to hear.

"I found out all the guys I made out with at the party."

"What's the problem with that?" Liv asked, spearing a cherry tomato with her fork but wasn't having much luck.

"Well, seeing as most of them have girlfriends, I'd say it's a problem," Cash said as she rubbed her face with her palms in frustration.

"Holy crap, no way!" Kimi exclaimed, throwing her maths book carelessly to the side as she now paid her undivided attention to Cash. "Tell me more!" Kimi begged.

Ah there we go! Classic Kimi, always game for gossip, Will thought.

Cash sighed in defeat, going into detail of the several guys she'd made out with at the party. Will figured this more promiscuous Cash was just her way of moving on from Aaron. "I even kissed Ivan," Cash added, covering her face in shame.

"The guy who's hopelessly in love with you?" Liv asked as she looked up at her, munching on a lettuce leaf. Cash nodded in confirmation. "My god, Kimi, how'd you not see all this happening?"

"How's this my fault?" Kimi asked, looking up from the textbook. "I was drunk out of my mind, how should I remember all of Cash's slutty adventures?"

"Oi, I'm not slutty!" Cash cut in, arms crossed and scowling at the rest of them.

"Guys, guys, it doesn't matter who is or isn't slutty," Emmie intervened. "Oh, Will, I heard you pushed Ryan into the pool! Why didn't you tell us about that?" she asked, changing topics.

Will choked on his sandwich by surprise. "Where'd you hear about that?" Will asked through his coughs.

"Someone was pushed into a pool! You don't think people wouldn't talk about that?" Emmie retorted with an exaggerated eye roll.

"It was nothing," Will shrugged. "He was just being an ass so I decided to push him in."

"Man, that red hair has made you a lot more feistier, Will! I should watch my back now anytime I'm near the pool with you," Cash teased, while Will just scowled at her.

"Ah well, good on ya! After all that creepy stuff he does, surprised you didn't push him in a pool sooner," Emmie said with a grin.

"I wasn't too mean to him?" Will asked, looking around at the girls. Pushing someone into a pool isn't really a good thing to do. He'd wondered the last few days if maybe he'd gone a bit too far. He'd also spent the last few days thinking about Oliver too, but that wasn't something he was going to discuss with his friends. He wasn't happy that he was thinking about Oliver in the first place.

"Nope, the ass deserved it," Liv said matter-of-factly, taking a sip of her coffee. "If you're going to be a creepy mofo and hit on someone all the time, completely unwarranted, it's gonna come back and bite you in the ass. That's karma right there, Will," she added, raising her travel mug in an odd salute. To what, Will wasn't entirely sure. But it was Liv, so you could never be entirely sure.

"I think most of my bad karma comes from all the bugs I've killed," Kimi piped in absent-mindedly. She'd now returned to her maths exercises, writing down her working out in her book. "But I'm fine with that," she shrugged and closed her books, finished with her homework.
