Jack will burst through the front door of his house, nearly colliding with his twin Alice. Alice and him are the same age but she skipped second grade so she's in sixth even though Jacks still in fifth.
"Whoa slow down bro!" Alice laughed.
Her laugh slowly died out when she saw Jacks face. Red eyes runny nose and a frown with a quivering lip. All tell tale signs he needed to cry.
"Alice, Auggie likes me like really likes me!" Jack wailed.
Alice arched one eyebrow, in confusion.
"That's good you like Auggie right?" She asked.
"Yeah but I got scared and ran out! He's so good to me I don't deserve someone as good as him!" Jack cried.
Alice sat on his bed and let him cry himself to sleep leaning on her.
Suddenly he was walking through a forest it was dark but not scary. It had an atmosphere of sadness Jack felt regret wash over him.
He heard a song, someone singing? He followed the voice all the way to Auggie. Deep in the woods he sat singing and crying. Cause every time you hurt me the less that I cry.
And every time you leave me the quicker these tears dry.
And every time you walk out the less I love you.
Baby we don't stand a chance it's sad but it's true.
Auggie looked at him tears in his eyes, it broke Jacks heart he fled. Songs, poems, books, movies, quotes, everything he interpreted Auggie in.
Waves(don't steal its original)
Thoughts are like tidal waves,
Deadly and Beautiful,
Painful and happy,
Thoughts are like tidal waves,
Washing away and crashing back,
Thoughts are like Tidal waves.
He ran until he felt like he couldn't breath, he collapsed in a crying mess and he heard Alice's voice echo through the now eerie forest.
"Jack wake up!"
Jack jolted awake, he was determined. That dream had to mean something it felt so real. He had a headache and his legs hurt almost as if he was walking even though he hadn't been. He left the house for Auggie's while Sam Smiths too good at goodbyes echoed in his head.
Auggie answered the door and in a split second Jack had kissed him.
