JACKS POV
"Should we talk to the kids about it yet?" Auggie asked.
"No." I replied quickly.
"I agree with Jack on this one they will all want more siblings." Summer piped up. We were actually really talking about adopting again but we hadn't told the kids yet. Dandelion watched us and I'm sure she felt the electricity of excitement crackling through our conversation.
"Yeah it's really just best to wait until your 100% sure guys." Nat said.
"Yeah you guys are right but I think someone is bound to find out by eavesdropping on us." Auggie replied honestly.
Little did he know how right he was...
REDS POV
"What are they talking about!" I wondered aloud. Yes I admit it, I have a problem I always eavesdrop. I usually understand thing better after I do but this time I'm just confused. Dawn walked in and I explained to her what I heard. Dawn being Dawn squeals.
"What?!" I yell.
"They are getting us a puppy!" Dawn squeals.
Josh bursts through the door in a panic holding a baseball bat and screaming a war cry. He stops short and looks at us.
"Jesus Christ! I thought someone was dying!" He said somewhere between relieved and annoyed, probably both. Me and Dawn laughed.
"So what was that?" He asked.
"Yeah what was that?" Haze and Violet ask entering the room.
Me and Dawn explain and Josh tuts his tongue skeptically.
"I'm not sure they were talking about a dog." Josh says when we're done.
"Yeah probably not don't get your hopes up." Hazel chimes in.
"Why don't we ask? MOMS DADS!!" Violet calls and their footsteps nearing our door gets louder and the door swings open.
"Yes?" Dad J raises his eyebrows at us.
Violet opens her mouth to speak... CLIFFHANGER LOL! I'm awful for not updating in so long! Please forgive me and keep reading I can't promise to update regularly but I will update eventually please stay with this story it would mean so much to me. AND OMG OVER 5K VIEWS I LOVE YOU GUYS!!
