JACK WILLS POV
When Natalie, Jezabel, Max and Ryan got here I was the only one home. I let them unpack until Jezabel took Max and Ryan to get ice cream. Natalie didn't go because her stomach hurt. Bored, I texted Auggie.
Me: hey my cuz's got here.
Auggie: Kool can't wait to meet em!
Me: hold on I'll text you back I hear crying.
Auggie: k.
I followed the sound down the hall into the bathroom. I could hear Natalie on the other side.
"Oh my god oh my god..." she kept repeating.
"Nat you okay?" I asked.
"Um yeah." She replied.
"I'm coming in make sure your decent!" I yelled then opened the door.
She was decent but I saw blood on the toilet seat, she didn't notice that I saw.
"Did you..." I trailed off.
"Text Jez ask her to hurry home."
"Why?" I teased.
Her face burned.
"I got it.." she said.
"Got what?" I feigned innocence.
"My period."
" should I tell Jez to get you know.. stuff?" I asked.
"Yes." She refused to meet my gaze.
"It won't be awkward if you don't let it be." I said.
"What?" She asked.
"I know how to put on a pad." I confessed.
"Okay. Wait no you can't help me with this!" She shrieked.
I laughed and shimmied down her pants.
"Nice undies." I laughed at her hello kitty underwear.
She blushed. I grabbed a pad from under the sink and placed it in her underwear. I kept laughing. When I finished she thanked me.
JEZABELS POV
I read Jacks text in carvel and laughed out loud.
Jack: Nat got her waterfall of blood. She needs stuff.
"What?" Max asked.
I explained and she laughed. When we got home Natalie was red.
NEXT DAY
AUGGIES POV
Jack explained what happened and we laughed together. I checked the time.4:07 I was leaving at 4:10 to get to Jacks at 4:15.
"Bye mom!" I yelled and I left.
"Bye!" I heard her call as I closed the door. Walking to Jacks I was nervous. First because his cousins second because his mom had booked a hotel for herself because there were too many kids. Jezabel was in charge. When I got there I knocked and a little red head opened the door.
"Hi!"
"Hey!" An identical face appeared.
Twins.
"You must be Auggie."
"I'm Ryan."
"And I'm Max."
They ushered me inside not even making the face most kids make which surprised me. Jack came downstairs with Alice who I've met and a taller girl. I guess I might have stared because she had heterochromia (2 different colored eyes). She smiled and gave a little wave. No looking down.
"I'm Jezabel, Jez." She told me.
"Auggie." I replied.
"Nice to meet you! You boys go have fun." She smiled.
I love Jacks family I thought.
Another girl with heterochochromia stormed in.
"I hate people." She stated.
"Some asshole kid called my eyes stupid!" She announced.
"They are NOT stupid." She declared.
She turned to me.
"Sup you must be Auggie. Natalie."
"Did the boy have black hair?" I asked.
"Yes."
I showed her a picture of Julian.
"Yup."
"Don't worry he bully's me too." I told her.
"People suck right?"
"Sometimes." I replied.
Me and Jack went upstairs while the girls stayed downstairs. We first played video games: mostly call of duty and plants vs zombies. Then we "light saber" battled with Meter sticks since I forgot mine. Then we lay down and watched Room a horror movie. I clung to Jack terrified. He leaned over and kissed me. His lips tasted like candy apples today. He smirked.
