"Did you really just send it, mate?" Nick asked, blowing out a few rings of smoke. I nod my head in confirmation to him as I take another drag of my fresh cancer stick I pulled from Nick's pack he was holding. Braden and I go on about random nonsense until Nick opens up his big mouth.

"Haz, you plan on making a move tonight? On Sidney?" he asks staring at me, the cig in between his fingers, and his eyebrows creased along with a hint of a smile on his face. I look at him with a confused expression, my eyes widen at his question.

"I might, I want to, I really do. If not tonight, soon, maybe at the upcoming game in a few days I will. First things first, I need to get him out of her life, for good." I say blowing smoke from my slightly parted lips as I pull the cig from my mouth holding it in between my forefinger and thumb.

"You should man," Nick says putting one of his hands on my shoulder and squeezing it a bit.

"I think I will," I crack a smile. For the next few minutes, we talk and go on about random nonsense going on around us until my phone goes off, interrupting us in mid-conversation. I pull it out of my pocket and stare at the screen, my lips parted and the cigarette between my lips. It was from her, from Sidney.

"What are you looking at, mate? That from your lover girl?" Nick asked me again. Rolling my eyes and shoving him a bit, I go back to my phone so I could read her message. I type in my pass code on my iPhone so I could read the rest of her message, because it was cut off.

"Yeah, it's from her. Shut your trap, Nick, I'm tryin' to read her text," I tell him as I go to my messages and tap on my conversation with her I started a few minutes ago when I first texted her.

Once I tap on her name, I am surprised to see a somewhat long message. As I begin to read it, my lips curve up into a smile. Yeah, I'd love to. Be way more fun spending the night with you than at home studying... see you tonight ;) xo – Sid

I smile as I finish reading it. I begin to type out a reply a few seconds later. See you tonight, beautiful, around seven. You know where to find me x ;) After I send the message, press the home button before I lock my phone and stuff my phone in the pocket of my jeans. I take another drag of my cigarette before I blow the smoke out my mouth.

"Love to stay and chat, boys, but I gotta get to class," Claire tells us with a small smile and waves to me and Nick.

"Don't have too much fun with Sid tonight, Harry," Claire mutters to me with a smirk on her lips. It only makes me smirk back at her.

"No promises," I tell her before she turns and begins to walk off, after kissing Braden on the cheek.

I decide to check the time on my phone. Pulling it out, I press the home button to find it was 1:45. I had a class at two, my last one of the day, thankfully. After, I was planning on going home to get the house ready for tonight, since I was getting together with Sidney. It was all I could think about as I sat there with Nick and Braden talking about the upcoming game. It was coming up in a few days. Once I was done looking at it, I stuffed it back into the front pocket of my jeans.

I couldn't help but wonder if Sidney was going to be there. I'm sure she was. After a while longer, I tell Nick and Braden I would see them later. I flick the ash from my cigarette and put it out in the nearest tray I saw. They wish me luck tonight when Sidney comes over. I nod my head with a slight laugh and flip them off as I begin to walk toward my last class of the day, music, which is one of my favorite things to do when I have time for myself.

The whole way to the music building, my mind was filled with a million thoughts of Sidney running through my mind. She was in my every thought. Once I walked in, surprisingly on time, earlier than normal, I take my seat. Next time I look up, I notice class had started. Like usual, each of us went off on our own to work on writing a song. I've written a song or two before but it's been a while.

Last I wrote a song was for an ex-girlfriend I had a while ago. That was over a year ago, practically. Things didn't end well between us. I was pissed drunk one night and brought a bird home with me and things intensified quickly between us, alcohol running through each of our veins. When I woke up the next morning I realized what I had done, slept with her best friend. She dumped me on the spot next chance she got to be around me.

I didn't even have a chance to sing it to her, because she ended things just days before I was going to play it for her. It's been a long time since I've last seen or heard from Andrea. I heard from a few people she had moved all the way to America to live in New York. That was fine with me, because now that I've met Sidney, I'm more than ready to move on. Now I've got my sights set on Sidney to make her mine, they weren't about to waver anytime soon. Chris is the only stupid thing standing in the way.

Next time I see him, I was going to beat his head in so hard he'll end up with a concussion. He shouldn't deserve to live if he hurts her on a day to day basis. It made me so sick to think that she has to put up with that shit of his every day. If I was a girl, especially her, I would've left his ass a long time ago. The whole situation made me angry, even if I wasn't involved.

I just hope I could get her away from him soon. That's all I wanted, to have her as my own. I guess I'll admit it; I'm falling for her, hard. The whole duration of class, I couldn't get Sidney off my mind. I ended up getting a good portion of a song written. If I ever get the chance to sing it to her, I definitely will. When the bell rang, signaling the end of class, I collected all of the pages I used to come up with ideas and stuff them in my backpack.

Now, I was off to the house to get things ready for tonight. Sidney was coming over in a few short hours. I swing my bag over my shoulder and walk out of the music building, a smile plastered on my face. I head toward my black Chevy Tahoe that was parked near a bunch of other cars. The walk to my car wasn't very long from where I was near the music building. Pulling out my keys, I press the unlock button on the key to unlock the door and hear the faint beep so I could get in.

I climb in my big car and slam the door as I took my spot behind the wheel, putting my bag in the seat beside me careful of my expensive laptop. Sticking my key in the ignition, I start it up and fasten my safety belt before I slowly begin to back out of my spot. I am soon on my way, loud music blaring from my speakers and my windows rolled all the way down, the cool wind blowing harshly as I sped down the street.

A good five minutes later, I pull up to the house I lived in along with Braden and Nick. Parking in the spot I always place my car in front of our house, I cut the engine and pull the keys from the ignition. I undo my safety belt before I push the door open and get out, keys tight in my grip. I grab my bag before I climb out and swing it over my shoulder as I step onto the sidewalk, my bag resting comfortably on my shoulder, slamming the door of my Tahoe shut.

I walk up the steps that led to the door. The porch creaks as I head for the door. I pull out my keys from my pocket and stick it in the lock. When I hear it click, I turn the handle and push the door open before I step inside. Once I walked inside, I slammed the door shut after I walked through the door, locking it. I set my bag on the coffee table and notice there was stuff all over the place.

"This shit's going to be fun," I mutter to myself as I begin to move around the room and pick things up to make it look nicer.

It was three almost four o'clock now and I was starving. I had a good four almost five hours before she would be here. Before I was going to make the house look cleaner than it was for tonight, I was going to go make myself something to eat. Kicking my shoes off and keeping them by the door, I pad into the kitchen, the heat of my bare feet meeting the coolness of the wood floors.

When I get over to the pantry, I open it up to find nothing good. There wasn't really anything I saw that looked any good to me. I am surprised when I find a package of ramen noodles. Every uni student I know always has some Ramen in their kitchen. Good 'ole Ramen noodles, which were great. I finish up making my Ramen about ten minutes later. Grabbing the hot bowl of my noodles carefully, I carry it into the living room and sit down so I could eat it.

After I finish eating my Ramen, I decide to clean up a bit more and make the place as neat as I possibly could. I wanted it to look nice for when Sidney got here. It took me a good hour or so to clean it up good as I could make it. When I was finished, I made my way up to my room so I could change.

I decide on a black v-neck shirt and joggers because they were comfortable. Pulling my pants on, I plop down on my bed, wanting to take a bit of a nap 'cause I was super tired and wanted sleep. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I was out like a light.

Next thing I know, I am being jolted awake by the sound of the doorbell ringing. I open my eyes and scrunch my eyebrows together in confusion as I get my eyes to get used to the darkness of the room. What time is it? She's here already? I think to myself as I sit up and run a hand through my curls.
