Melody

I woke up at around 1 in the afternoon, alone and in my own bed. I couldn't remember much from last night and I don't even know how I got into my bed because the last thing I remember is falling asleep on the floor next to Rye and Andy.

Speaking of Rye, he walked into my room with a small smile on his face and a glass of water in his hands. I crossed my legs under the duvet so Rye could sit down and as he did he handed me the water.

"How are you feeling?" He raised his brows in a concerning way.

"Yeah I'm fine, why? Did something happen that I don't know about?" My voice was laced with worry but Rye put a hand on my knee to comfort me.

"You, Uh, had an episode last night, freaked the boys out a bit but they're calm now, do you not remember anything?" I looked at Rye as he told me and there was clear sadness in his eyes, I shook my head at his question.

My head quickly fell and my knees rose to my chest as I buried my head so that Rye couldn't see anything but it's like he knew me too well because he pulled me into his chest and let me sob my heart out. I didn't say anything, I just cried and cried.

We had been sat there for about half an hour, I had finished crying but Rye didn't stop rubbing my back, he wanted to make sure I was okay so he didn't leave either, but it was soon interrupted when we heard a voice.

"Mel, can I talk to you ?" My head shot up from Ryes chest to see a tired looking Andy stood at the doorway. I looked to Rye who sent me a small smile as I nodded.

Rye left and Andy sat next to me. The silence was deafening and I was sure he thought different about me after seeing an episode but he did something that I didn't really expect him to do.

He pulled me into his chest, similar to what Rye did and he stroked my hair as more tears fell from my eyes. Andy had never really been good at dealing with other people's emotions, I would never cry in front of him because it would usually freak him out but it was different this time.

"I'm not mad or upset at you" his voice was muffled due to him resting his head on mine but I could still understand what was being said.

"Andy I'm so sorry, you deserve to know everything and I promise I will tell you. Rye only knows about this because of the time he spent here, I was sure he'd leave and tell you I'm no good but he didn't, I just thought you'd freak out on everything so I didn't tell you" I grabbed Andy's free hand and linked my hand with his.

"Hey you know I would never freak out on you. I love you Melody and you know that, I'm serious about us and I want this to work more than anything" his thumb rubbed my hand, just like the many other times but I felt comforted, I felt safe, I felt at peace.

Andy

Melody and I sat in silence for another hour until I pulled my phone out of my pocket and starting typing away.

Andy
Blair, I know we aren't supposed to have girlfriends but I'm happy with someone and I want the fans to know. I don't want to lie to them and make them think they have a chance. This girl deserves to be shown off and I'm going to make sure she is.

I pressed send and turned to Mel.

"Stay here, I'm going to go talk to the boys about something, be back in a second" I kissed her forehead and darted out of the room before she could say anything.

"Lydia, can you do me a favour?" She nodded and walked over to me.

"Go and keep Mel company, I have to talk to the boys about something, I'll fill you in after" she nodded and headed to Mel's room with a smirk on her face.

The boys looked at me in a weird way but all huddled around the small dining room table after I shouted them over.

"I need your help" Rye raised his eyebrows and the rest of the boys kept the confused look on his face.

"With what?" Jack and Brook questioned at the same time, high-fiving each other afterwards, causing me to roll my eyes but laugh.

"I want to ask Melody to be my girlfriend but I want it to be kinda special, so she knows I'm serious" the smile on my face must've been huge because I saw Luke and Kyle copy my actions.

"What do we need to do?"

"Well there's a little park about a 20 minute drive from here, I want to go decorate it with some fairy lights and have the boys sing her favourite song. I just want it to be special you know?" they all nodded as Luke, Kyle, Rye and Jack headed to Rye's car to go buy fairy lights and head to the park.

I turned to the remaining boys "Mikey mate here's my car keys, go wait in the car. I'm going to tell Mel and Lydia to start getting ready" he nodded and took the keys, leaving me stood in the kitchen area alone.

I poured two glasses of wine that was on the side and headed into Mel's room. They both raised their brows as they saw the glasses and Lydia must've known something was happening.

"Here, you girls drink this and then start getting ready, meet me at the park in an hour, dress warm but cute, love you" I kissed Mel and ran down to the car.

Time to make this a memorable night.
