Lilly wakes up in her room with one of the maidens opening the curtians. Another maiden grabs lilly and takes her into the Washing chambers.
"why the rush ladies?" Lilly asked with a groggy voice
"You have to see the king and give him the ring you brought for Prince Eric, so he can keep them safe, you also have to go see the seamstress for your wedding dress and choose a flower arrangement"
Lilly looks blankly at the wall and was in a dress already. Lilly walks out of her chambers and sees Eric casually leaning against the wall.
"were you waiting for me?" Lilly said with a snicker
Eric smiles at her, "why yes, my father asked for the both of us after all so I decided to go with you"
Lilly rolls her eyes and walks with Eric to Johnathans office. By the time they enter the office Johnathan was talking to a rather old woman. He waves for her to leave.
"sit, sit." He said pointing at the couch, "as you might know, the wedding is next week and we have everything ready except the rings, did you bring yours for Eric Lilly?."
Eric looks at Lilly
Lilly looks at Johnathan and hands him a gold band was the engraving 'together as one' on the inside
Johnathan looks at Lilly with a smile, "This is a lovely ring."
Lilly nods in agreement. Eric and Lilly leave the room and Lilly was whisked away by a maiden, Lilly looks back at Eric and was pulled around a corner. Lilly was standing in front of a mirror and couldn't stop staring at the dress they chose for her. There is a slight knock on the door

"come in" Lilly softly shouts

"wow, your dress looks pretty" Adam says with wide eyes

Lilly chuckles "how may I be of assistance Adam?"

Adam looks at the ground closing his eyes, "Eric didn't want me around, so I thought I could be with you for the day."

Lilly nods to Adam and a maiden pulls up a chair for him so he can watch the maidens hem the bottom of the dress to make it the right length. After that Adam and Lilly go discuss the flower arrangements and Lilly went with elegant blue wild flowers with some Yellow lilies. They make it to the library and were reading a few child stories. Lilly looks down at Adam and he was Fast asleep.

"how cute, I guess I can carry him to his chambers." Lilly whispered to herself

She picked up Adam and carried him to his chambers. A guard opens the door for her. Lilly sets Adam in his bed and tucks him in. Lilly walks out of the room and makes it back to the library. She starts to put all the books she has read back in their place in the shelves.

"youre up late for a bit of reading." A deep voice said
Lilly knew who exactly was behind her.
"I am just cleaning up after I read to Adam for a little while." Lilly said bluntly
"I know what youre doing."
Lilys heart beats fast, "and what might that be."
Eric chuckled, "youre trying to out on this bravery role so you can push me away."
His footsteps get near her. Lillys heart beats faster with every step he takes. Eric turns lilly around and stares at the veil covering her face.
"that is not going to work on me." Eric kisses lillys hand
Lilly pulls her hand away, "What are you implying, prince?" Lilly hissed
"you are someone that doesn't belong here." He whispered, "but you're forced to stay so suck it up and marry me."
Eric turned on his heel and walked out of the room. Lilly walks to her chambers and gets into a night dress and lays in bed 'maybe he's right' she thought 'Eric is to be my husband and I have to respect that' Lilly thinks about Eric and slowly starts to lose conscious.
