New life

"Lilly, wake up!" A maiden yelled. Lilly woke up and was drug into the washing chambers. Lilly stayed quiet.
"Are you ok lilly?"
"Yes, I am just a little nervous." She said
The maidens giggled as they were getting her dress on her.
"That is normal." One of them said, "especially when you are going to reveal your face for the first time."
Lilly kept breathing heavily as they were putting light makeup on her. Lilly looked in the mirror, her lips were a deep red. The maidens put the white veil over her head. Lilly sighs and steps out of her door.
" You look beautiful."
This voice wasn't Eric's. Lilly turns around and sees her father standing there. Lilly runs and hugs her father.
"I've missed you father." She said with a sob.
"I've missed you too."
He looks at the necklace around her neck. "You look just like your mother with that necklace."
Lilly smiles.
"Lets get going shall we?"
Lilly holds her father's arm and they leave. They get in the carriage and make their way to the temple. Lilly sees the large wooden doors with a gold design on them. Lilly father helps her out of the carriage. Lilly takes in a deep breath and the doors open. Music starts and Lilly is walking down the isle with her father. They go to the end and Eric takes Lilly from her father. They walk up to Agatha.
" Lilly Avery Arccmore, you have shown that you are a perfect person to marry my son, Eric."
Lilly smiles and looks at Eric
"You're compassionate, funny, and kind, you will be the best queen Netherrim has to offer."
Eric and Lilly both smile.
" Eric you may now remove the new queens veil."
Eric and Lilly turn to eachother. Eric reaches for her veil and pulls it over her head. He stares at Lilly's face.
She frowns," is everything fine?" She asks with a shaky voice.
Eric smiles, "you look perfect."
They both smile.
Agatha holds the rings out to the both of them. "Put on the rings you two." She says with a slight giggle.
They both put on the rings. Lilly's ring has a sapphire on it. They look at eachother and smile lovingly. Eric holds her hands and pull her in for a quick peck. Lilly giggles and wrapped her arms around Eric's neck and goes on her toes to kiss him. The whole temple cheers and rose petals are thrown. They both smile and laugh. Everyone goes to the castle and go to the ballroom. Everyone is dancing while Eric and Lilly sit next to eachother. Lilly grabs Eric's hand and smiles. Eric takes Lilly to the floor and they dance. After a long night of dancing they leave the room. One of the maidens walks up to them. "My lords. Your new chambers are ready for you."
Lilly and Eric both nod. They make it to the chambers. Lilly walks to the middle of the room and takes in everything. The room was larger than Lilly's. The large bed is very inviting. Lilly looks in the washing chambers and there's a large bathing pool. Lilly walks back to the chambers and it's just Eric standing there.
"Where did the maiden go?" Lilly asks, "I need her to unlace my dress."
Eric walks to Lilly and turns her around. He reaches for the lace.
" Eric, do you know how to unlace a dress?"
Lilly's dress falls to the floor. She reaches for  a night dress and puts it on. Eric chuckles and lays in the bed. Lilly joins Eric in bed. Eric wraps his arms around lilly and kisses her collarbone Lilly giggles and faces him.
" Eric, you're too much."
"I know." He says
He hugs her closer and starts to fall asleep. Lilly falls asleep in his arms.
