Reggies POV...

.....

"Mija?" Mrs H asked as she walked into the room both me and Jughead refuse to leave her side as we made ourselves beds on her bedroom floor

"Still not talking?" Mrs H asked

"No" Jughead replied as we looked back to her,River laying in bed as she looked at the ceiling, not a single word has left her mouth since finding out xander died 4 days ago

"Mija please talk to us sweetheart" Mrs H asked as River began to cry again as she hid under the covers

"Both me and Jughead walked out as Mrs H walked towards her

"Ayy Mija i know  it hurts" Mrs H teared up as we closed the door to give them privacy

"Still nothing?" Cheryl asked

"No"

"I pray she doesnt do what she did when fifi died" Veronica frowned

"What did she do?"

"She didnt talk for a year, and she kept trying to join fifi so she kept harming herself, trying to jump in front of moving cars, she even tried to jump infront of a train, uncle Harvey had to literally lock her up for a while"

"Oh my gosh" Betty frowned "poor River"

"She cares too much, so when she gets heart broken, shes a mess" Juggy added

"I just cant believe he did that to her, why give her a promise ring, promising a bright future and then just killing yourself" Kevin added a bit annoyed

"Why do all these cute dates, then do this? Why lead her on?" Kevin added

"It just doesnt make sense, i know Xander, i know he was a very broken guy but i could tell River was finally breaking through to him, he looked so  happy to be out and to be with my family, Kane loved him..Harvey loved him"

"So why? Why do this to River?" Cheryl asked "why break her heart like that?"

"Thats why we haven't left her side" Juggy added "Xander and River were the best of friends, they met each other when they were 5, and were together everyday of her life up until he got arrested"

"Xander even moved in with them when he was 7 the first time, then again at age 10" i added

"His parents were okay with that?" Kevin asked

"His mom is a coke whore, and her boyfriend used to beat him horribly" Juggy added "the first time he moved in she didnt even notice her 7 year old son was gone.. Aunt Pixie was so mad at her for being a horrible mom that she actually fought his mom twice" Jughead added

"Poor kid" Betty frowned "no wonder he always wanted to be with River, River can be very motherly"

"Those two were always insepreable, i cant imagine how shes feeling right now, she lost the 2 people who means the whole world to her the only two people she would have ever died for"

"I hate seeing her cry" I added "it honestly breaks my heart to know shes not getting any better"

"Reggie, its okay we all do" Cheryl added

Mrs H came out in tears as Jughead walked back to the room

"Shes not getting any better" Mrs H cried as she walked towards us

"What did she say?" i asked

"Her heart hurts, and she doesn't wanna feel hurt anymore, poor River shes so heart broken, it hurts me to see her this much in pain" Mrs H cried

"Mom" Ronnie frowned as she hugged her

"I think its safe to say we need to lock away the sharp objects in the house" Hiram frowned as they began walking to the kitchen, removing all the knives and silverware, they walked to the bathrooms grabbing the razors as they locked them in a drawer in Hiram's study

"No more sharp objects, not until shes in the clear" Hiram added

"Daddy, please have her papi call her" Ronnie begged

"I've called already, River refuses to answer" Hiram replied

* Rivers Pov**

"River?" Jughead asked

I just looked at him as i cried

"River please talk to us"

"I...." i nodded a no as i covered my face with the blanket as i heard him walk out as i heard heels coming into my room

"Scoot over" Cheryl announced as she began taking her heels off

"If your not leaving this bed, then neither am i" Cheryl added as she laid under my blankets with me

I looked at her confused but i still made room for her as she brought over paper work for his funeral

"Hes your Xander, so your planning this funeral the way he would like, not V not Hiram, your planning this.."

i frowned as i grabbed the paphlets to diffrent church's and cemetery

"Im burying him next to mom and Fifi, in our Family plot"

"Are you sure"

"He was Family, papi bought him the plot beside mine and fifis the day fifi and mom died"

"Okay"

"And church service?" Cheryl asked

"We have to do it at the southside, Grandpa kane does work with a priest, so that church is respected and protected by Serpents"

"You also need to call the morgue, have them dress him.. So we need to buy him a suit" Cheryl added

"Why?" i asked

"Because he cant me nak.."

"Why would he leave me i thought he loved me?"

"I dont know babes"

"Why wasnt i good enough, i loved him, he was family"

"Well what did his letter say?" Cheryl asked

"I hate it.. I hate that letter" i cried as i covered face "He's my best friend"

"My heart hurts so much, i never wanted to live in this world without my best friends and now there both gone"

"Remember the night of the game, you told me, Jason's death is not mine, babe Xander's death is not yours"

"I cant live knowing he thought i blamed him"

"Blame him for what?"

"We were 9, it was my fault... I should have never snuck out  the house at night.."

"Cheryl?" Juggy asked

"I dont think you should hear this" Juggy cried as he walked in

"Juggy i didnt blame him..why why did he leave me.. I didnt blame him for what happened to me that night"

"I know you didnt"Juggy frowned as he hugged me "we need to tell somebody, what he did to you..just please tell someone"

"I felt gross, i didn't like it' it hurt so bad i just wanted to see who he was"

"River.." Juggy cried "its not your fault"

"I should have never followed him..why does this keep happening to me" i cried as Juggy hugged me

"River.." Juggy sigh "im so sorry, i promise ill find him"

"I was 9, it hurt.. I didnt want to"

"I know i know you didn't"

"Oh my gosh" Cheryl looked at me and Jughead

"And no one believed me that he was real" River cried

"How was Xander suppose to fight off a big man" i cried as i looked back to Juggy

"I swear im going to kill him" Juggy frowned as i began to cry again, Cheryl still laying in bed beside me as i laid on her chest while she played with my hair to calm me down"
