Chapter 1-The Plane Ride

Paige's POV

Hi I'm Paige. I have long blonde hair and I'm quite short. I am 16 years old and live in New York City. Although I am moving to British Columbia soon.

My family consist of me, my mom and my dad.

*a few days later*

I'm on a plane heading to B.C. I'm really sad I have to leave all of my friends. "Do we really have to go?" I ask my mom before boarding the plane

"Yes sweetie, don't worry you will make friends very quickly." She confirms

"I'm not sure about that, anyways I will miss my old friends" I say finally boarding the plane.

Eventually I fall asleep on the plane.

*3 hours later*

I feel someone shaking me to wake up. I look up and it's a girl around my age. She is very tall and has long blonde hair as well. She's really pretty. "Um hello?" I say

"Hi, I'm Chanel"

"I'm Paige, nice to meet you" we shake hands

"Um are you moving to British Columbia?" She asks

"Yup, you?"

"Yup" she says excitedly "my mom said we are living beside the Smith family"

"Hey I'm in the Smith family!" I say excitedly

"That's amazing!"

"Yea I know! We can hang out like everyday!"

"Ermergosh! That would be amazing!" She squeals.

"Why don't you come sit beside me" I say

"Ok I will be right back, just telling my dad."

"Ok"

When Chanel sits down beside me we talk about boys and read a magazine together. I can already tell we are going to be best friends.

Chanel's POV

I can't believe I have already made a new best friend! And she is going to be my neighbour as well! This is going to be amazing!

When the plane lands I make my way back to my dad and gather my stuff, all of our other stuff is getting sent on another plane to our house.

I get off the plane and find Paige again so we can walk together.
