Paige's POV
"Paige, wake up!" Jake shook me.
"What?!" I said grabbing a pillow from the couch and throwing it at him.
"It's noon, I'm pretty sure you should get up." Jake giggled pulling the blanket off of me. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. "You snore, you know." Jake said handing me a bowl of Froot Loops.
"What?!" I said almost dumping the cereal everywhere.
"It's cute!" He laughed.
"No it's not!" I said embarrassed.
"How do you know? You don't hear yourself." He kissed my nose.
"It's still weird!" I smiled.
"Eat up! I'm driving you home and than we're going out!"
"Where?" I asked stuffing my face with the delicious food.
"Red Wings game!" He smiled. Detroit Red Wings were my favourite NHL hockey team! This was amazing!
"Jake! The tickets are expensive! How the hell did you get them?"
"I'm a magic maker what can I say?" He laughed walking into his room.
*10 minutes later*
"I'm done!" I said setting the bowl done.
"Good! Oh and I also got you something else!" He shouted from his room.
"Well aren't you just full of surprises today!" I laughed.
"Oh shut up and get in here!" Jake laughed.
I walked into his room, he was shirtless. I couldn't resist but stare at his abs. He turned around and I immediately stopped staring.
He handed me a box. It had the Red Wings logo on it. I ripped ope the box to find a Pavel Datsyuk jersey. "Oh my god Jacob! This is amazing!" I ran over and hugged him as tight as I could.
"I knew you would like it!" He smiled and kissed me on the forehead.
"Thank you so much!" I smiled.
"Anything for you baby!" He smiled pulling a Henrik Zetterberg jersey over his head. "Like mine?" He asked.
"It's amazing as well!" I replied. We walked out to his car and he drove me home.
*at the Smith's house*
Jacob's POV
"Wait here, I'm just going to throw something on quickly!"
"Ok sounds good!" I turned off the car and waited for Paige.
*5 minutes later *
Paige walked out of the house wearing a pair of skinny jeans, red converse and a white under shirt under her jersey. "Let's do this thing!" She said climbing into the car.
"Ok!" I started the car and drove to the Rogers Arena.
Once we were inside we headed over to get some Detroit temporary tattoos. Paige placed one on each of her cheeks and I placed one on my left cheek.
We went in to find out seats, three rows from the glass.
During second period they did the Kiss Cam on the jumbotron. I had planned this all out, the arena knew to point the camera on me and Paige.
Once the camera spotted us I went down on one knee and pulled out a ring box. "Paige, will you marry me?"
She nodded, speechless. "Yes!" She squealed. Tears rolled down her eyes as I placed the ring on her finger the arena cheered.
After the game I piggybacked Paige out of the arena. She hopped off before getting into the car. She spun me around and wrapped her arms around me, she was on her tippy toes, out lips collided. "I love you Hoggard!" She said into the kiss.
"I love you too, Hoggard!" I said. We pulled away from the kiss and she smiled.
3 girls around the age of 14 ran up to me before I could get into the car. "Jacob Hoggard?" The asked.
"Yes!" I smiled.
"Omg omg omg!" One of the girls squealed.
"You're from Hedley right?" Another girl asked.
"Yes I am!" He smiled.
"Can we get your autograph?" Another asked.
"Of course, do you guys have a sharpie or something?" I asked.
"Yupp!" One of them handed me a black sharpie.
"What's your name?" I asked the one who had just handed me the marker.
"Samantha!" She smiled.
"Here you go Sam!" I handed her the piece of paper with my autograph on it.
Another girl stepped up, "what's your name?" I asked.
"Jessica!" She giggled.
"Here you go!" I handed her the paper.
"Last but not least, what's your name?" I asked the last girl.
"Rebecca!" She smiled giving me a hug.
"Well here you go! Would you guys like a photo?" I asked before climbing into the car.
"Sure!" They squealed.
"Ok one second, let me get my wonderful photographer." I said waving to Paige to come here.
"Hey girls!" Paige waved to them, "what do you need sweetie?" She asked wrapping one arm around me.
"I need you to take a photo of me and these three lovely girls!" I smiled.
"Of course! Who's phone am I using?" Paige asked.
"Mind taking one on all of ours?" Samantha asked.
"That's very smart! Hand 'em over!" Paige giggled.

"There you go girls!" Paige handed the phones over to the girls.
"Thanks so much Jake and sorry I don't know your name." Jessica smiled.
"I'm Paige, his fiancé!" She smiled.
"Well thank you Paige the fiancé! Best of luck with you two!" Rebecca said as they walked away.
"Let's go home!" Paige smiled.
"You ok?" I asked.
"Just tired! I swear!" Paige sounded serious.
"Ok babe!" I smiled climbing into the car.
