Chanel's POV
I woke up to my phone ringing, it was Paige. "What do you want? It's 6 in the morning! On a weekend!" I joked answering the phone.
"Well, wanna hear some good news?" She giggled.
"Yes!" I rubbed my eyes.
"Well last night me and Jake went to a hockey game and he got the arena to put the jumbotron on us and he proposed to me!"
"OH MY GOD! CONGRATS!!" I screamed with excitement.
"I KNOW!" She squealed.
"Now Chris just needs to propose to me and we will all be engaged!" I laughed.
"Well except Tom!" Paige sighed.
"He will find someone."
Paige's POV
I woke up in Jake's bed. I know we didn't do anything because everything felt normal. "Hey babe." He smiled as I rolled over to see his face.
"Hey." I said nestling into his chest, "I just wanna sleep."
"It's 11:30." He laughed.
"I have to get home!" I sat up quickly, "ow head rush!"
"I will drive you home." He smiled.
*at my house*
We parked in the driveway and sat there in silence for a long time. "How am I going to tell them?" I asked worried.
"Just tell them, it will be fine! Want me to come in?" Jacob asked.
"Please!" I smiled climbing out of the car.
We walked up to my front door with his arm slung over my shoulder.
"Good after noon sweetie!" My dad said from the dinning room table while reading the news paper.
"Hey dad. Where's mom? I have something to tell you guys." I smiled.
"She just went out to the store. She will be back shortly. Would you two like some breakfast?" He asked.
"Sure!" I smiled and dragged Jake to the kitchen.
"Whatcha want?" I asked opening the cabinet of cereals.
"What are you going to have?" He touched my nose with his soft fingers.
"Well I was thinking of Lucky Charms, but I don't need anymore luck because I'm pretty lucky already, so Cherrios!" I laughed.
"I will have the same, I guess." He laughed.
I poured two bowls of Cherrios for us and brought them to the table, where my dad was sitting reading the newspaper.
About 5 minutes after we finished the cereal my mom came in through the front door. "Mom! I have something to tell you and dad, can you come to the dinning room?" I asked.
"You're not pregnant are you?!" She rushed into the dinning room.
"No I'm not." I laughed.
"Ok than tell us!" My mom sat down beside my dad, with a smile on her face.
"Well Jacob asked me to marry him!" I held out my hand with the engagement ring on it.
"OH MY GOD!" My mom squealed. She ran over and hugged me.
"Congratulations you two!" My dad smiled.
"Thanks mom and dad!" I smiled.
"Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Smith." Jacob smiled.
We sat down at the dinner table for a bit and talked about 'grown up' things.
