Dan was happily walking next to Phil as they were walking around New York. Phil was like an excited puppy he would point at every little thing in shop windows. "Ok Dan where are you taking me?" Phil asked happily. "Well we've been to New York before but we've always been so busy and since we're on holiday I thought we'd go to the Empire State!" Dan said excitedly. Phil shifted uneasily but smiled quickly. "Really?! That's awesome!!" Phil replied jumping happily. Dan chuckled and kissed Phil on the cheek. "Come on let's grab a cab." Phil blushed and nodded. After a while there cab stopped in front of the building. Phil gulped and took a deep breath. "Everything ok Phil?" Dan asked worryingly. "Yeah yeah." Phil said uneasily. "Ok come on!" Dan grabbed Phil's hand and pulled him into the building here they entered an elevator that will bring them all the way to the top! Dan bounced around happily. "Phil we're going to be able to see all of New York from up here!!" He said excitedly. Phil grabbed the bar of the elevator tightly. "Yeah." He replied slowly. Dan smiled as the doors opened leading to the balcony where they can look out at New York. Dan eagerly walked out looking at the rest of New York smiling. Phil on the other hand stayed near the elevator his hands sweating and his stomach feeling queasy. Dan turned and saw Phil his eyes shut tightly, he rushed over worryingly. "Phil! Are you ok? What's wrong." Dan asked. Phil looked down tears falling. "I-I'm sorry, Dan." He croaked. Dan grabbed Phil's hands tightly. "There nothing to apologize for! What's wrong? Are you hurt?" Dan questioned Phil quickly panic rising in his voice. Phil moved his shaky hands around Dan. "I don't like h-heights." Phil mumbled feeling embarrassed. Dan hugged Phil tightly. "Oh you spork!! Why didn't you tell me!!" Dan shouted with both anger and playfulness. Phil looked down tears still falling "I-I don't know.." he whispered. Dan wiped Phil's tears and chuckled softly. "Oh Phil, come on you can tell me anything. Phil nodded but was still tightly holding on to Dan. "Come one Phil let's go down, everything will be ok." Dan said soothingly. They walked into the elevator and Phil nuzzled into Dan "I'm so sorry, I ruined the trip didn't I?" Phil said softly. Dan kissed Phil softly "you didn't ruin anything Phil, everything's ok as long as I'm with you I'm happy." Dan smiled. They got to the bottom and Phil started to calm down. "Feeling better Lion?" Dan asked. Phil nodded and grabbed Dan's hand "I'll always be safe with Bear by my side." Phil smiled as they walked back into the busy city of New York.
