15. Champagne

SCOTT'S POV

"What the hell is going on?" Mitch looked between me and Avi with his mouth agape.

"D-did you just blow Scott?"

Avi turned bright red and stammered, "I uh-"

"Mitch it's not-" I started.

Mitch looked at me and cringed.

"Underwear Scott. Put some on" Mitch shielded his eyes and started muttering under his breath.

I scrambled to put on my underwear in a hopeless effort to make the situation less awkward.

After I covered the lower half of my body, I looked up between Mitch and Avi.

"Um- I'm just gonna go" Mitch muttered awkwardly, closing the door behind him.

"Avi, are you okay? I'm so sorry, I really thought Mitch would be out for the night."

"I'm- Well I didn't want people to find out about me and us like that. But now Mitch knows and we don't have to tell him. So that's good I guess. I'm just not ready to tell the rest of the band and Esther. Oh no, I can't tell Esther" Avi started panicking.

"Babe it's okay. Calm down. Esther doesn't have to know till you're ready" I rubbed Avi shoulder gently.

Avi nodded sadly.

"But we do have to talk to Mitch. Do you think you're ready to do that?" I stroked his hair gently.

He inhaled and nodded his head.

AVI'S POV

Scott and I walked out his bedroom to talk to Mitch.

"So um- what you saw in there was in fact us hooking up. But it wasn't just a one time thing, we've been dating for weeks. Avi is my boyfriend" Scott gushed nervously.

"Boyfriend?What- That's so crazy, but kinda awesome too" Mitch responded.

"Avi I didn't know you were on our team too! Welcome to brighter side, sis" Mitch walked over to me and pulled me into a tight hug.

I felt relieved at his reaction and hugged him back.

"Thanks Mitchy. I'm so sorry you had to find out like this though".

"Are you kidding? I walked in on two hot daddies hooking up, that's going to be hard to forget" Mitch smirked and winked.

I rolled my eyes at him.

"This calls for some champagne" Mitch clapped his hands excitedly.

"Uh- can we not? It's not a huge deal".

"Are you kidding? It's huge! I want to know every little detail! Like when did you realise you like cock? How did you and Scott start dating?"

Scott laughed, "Calm down Mitchy."

"And Scott", Mitch ran towards Scott and put his arms around his neck. "I'm so happy for you, babe. See I told you someone perfect would come along after Alex", Mitch peppered Scott's cheek with kisses.

Scott giggled adorably.

Mitch walked to kitchen to get a bottle of champagne and some glasses.

Scott put his arm around me and said, "So that went well".

I laughed and reached up to peck his cheek.

Mitch walked back into the living room with three champagne glasses and squealed in excitement, "So tell me everything!"

A.N. I'm so so sorry for taking 4 months to update. I've had a three month work assignment in addition to my usual job and I've hardly had any weekends off. I hope y'all will continue supporting me by reading this book. I'm so excited to begin writing again!
