Chapter 23

Martinus- Well... we are popular European singers.

Martinus said as he was scratching the back of his neck.

Ellie- So you lied to me! Remember when you said you had no secrets from me so you lied.

I got up from my position went out the door with Giulia behind me looking like she was about to cry. We went back to my house and I told my Dad

Ellie- I'm going back to Australia

- 2 days later-

Today is the day Marcus and Martinus leave for there European tour. Giulia and I were still in my room not leaving or replying to anyone. Since trust is a big thing to us it hurt a lot that they lied to us. Our phones kept on buzzing but we ignored it. We started packing our bags for Australia since we are leaving tomorrow, we are going to stay with our other friend Mia. While we were packing doorbell rang so I went down to see who it was and it was the one and only Marcus and Martinus. I tried to close the door but Martinus foot was in the way, so he let himself and Marcus inside. Giulia then came downstairs

Ellie- I never said you could come in.

Martinus- We just came to say goodbye and we are sorry.

Giulia came over and stood next to me and she was opposite Marcus

Giulia- Good luck on your tour

Marcus- Thanks

It was silent for a few minutes until Martinus spoke up

Martinus- Good luck on your footy career

Ellie- How do you know about that?

Martinus- I asked your Dad

Marcus- Well be better go or we will be late for the plane

Giulia- Okay

I could see the disappointment on her face.

Marcus- Goodbye Giulia

With that, they left closing the front door behind them. We turned back around and walked back upstairs to finish packing. All I thought I was packing was 'I love you Martinus Gunnarsen'

- The Next Day-

Giulia and I got up and did the final touches of packing my room. My Dad dropped us off at the airport and we said our goodbyes. We got onto the plane and I started scrolling through photos of me and Martinus. I really miss him. The plane then took off with all of Norway becoming distant. Goodbye Norway, Hello Australia again.

Once the plane reached Avalon airport we were greeted by Mia with a huge smile on her face as she ran up to us giving us a big hug. It was nice having all the friends together.

This is my new start, a new beginning.
