Mark woke to King's coughing the next morning and he sighed deeply. "King?"

Amy, who had also been woke by the sound, leaned over Mark and watched him. "You don't look so good. Do you feel like you're going to-" King suddenly sat up, vomiting on the blanket in front of him and Amy groaned. "Throw up." She muttered, nearly under her breath.

"Noo..." Mark whined. King whimpered, starting to cry and Mark sighed. "Shh..." He hushed him. "It's okay King. I know you're sick." He leaned over, rubbing his back gently. King shifted, holding his arms out for Mark, who groaned. "We... we gotta get you cleaned up first buddy." Amy slipped out of the bed, stretching and went to the bathroom, coming back with a damp, warm cloth and handed it to Mark. "Oh, this is my job?" He mumbled, cleaning what was left from King's face, before tossing the cloth on the nightstand.

"He's your... ego." Amy mumbled.

Mark wrapped the blanket around the mess and pushed it off the bed. "Can you bring that trash can over here?" He asked, as he sat up and pulled King into his lap, gently pushing his hair back. He hesitated and laid his hand across King's forehead, frowning. "I think he has a fever." He sighed, taking the trash can from Amy and set it in front of King. "If you have to puke again, puke in the pail, alright?" King nodded a little.

Amy frowned, just watching. "Poor little guy."

Mark sighed. "Now I don't know if he's been clinging to me because he's clingy... or he's been feeling like shit."

Amy chuckled. "It could be both." She pointed out.

"I'm sure trying to live in a tree at the park into the night was really helpful." Mark groaned. King whined, curling up a little as he leaned against Mark's chest. "You okay?" Mark asked, running his fingers through his hair, even though he knew the answer. King didn't even try to talk, he only whimpered in response.

"You want me to check on the others?" Amy asked quietly.

Mark groaned, nodding slightly. "Would you? Fuck, they better not all get sick. I do NOT want to deal with that."

"Can Dark and Anti even get sick?" Amy mumbled.

"I have no idea." Mark sighed. "I mean, I would guess Google can't, unless they get a virus maybe?"

Amy nodded a little. "Well, I'll go see how everyone is." She smiled, and headed downstairs.

The Googles glanced over when she walked in the living room. "Good morning Amy." Smiled Google Blue.

"Good start of day." Google Red added.

"Morning." Google Green chimed in.

Google Yellow grinned. "Good morning!"

"Good morning Googles. Everyone else still asleep?" She asked quietly, glancing around.

Google Red nodded. "Affirmative."

Amy glanced around. "Alright. King isn't feeling very well this morning, so if anyone wakes up sick, let us know right away, alright?"

Google Blue nodded. "No problem."

"Thank you." Amy walked over, tussling his hair before heading upstairs.

Mark was leaned back against the headboard, King curled up his lap, Mark gently playing with his hair while they watched cartoons. Amy sighed, leaning down to pick up the blankets off the floor and Mark glanced over. "Oh, don't worry about it, I'll get those in a bit." He sighed softly.

Amy shook her head. "Stay with him, he needs you."

Mark glanced down at King, then up at Amy. "It's like having a kid."
