>>>Marinette's POV<<<
Once I got home, I transformed and face-planted onto my bed, exhausted. I rolled myself over and looked up at my blank ceiling.
"Tikki?" I rested my hands on my stomach, my eyes still glued to the ceiling. "What's a soulmate?" I mumbled, finally shifting my gaze towards the spotted kwami.
"It's a . . . Well, it's like a best friend but more. It's the one person in the world that knows you better than anyone else." Tikki sat next to me on the mattress, her big blue eyes looking up at me.
"It's someone who makes you a better person . . . actually, they don't make you a better person, you do that yourself . . .
because they inspire you. A soulmate is someone who you carry with you. It's the one person who knew you and excepted you . . . and believed in you before anyone else did, or when no one else would."
"And no matter what happens, you will always love them. Nothing could ever change that." She finished while I looked at her wide eyed.
A soulmate . . . I thought to myself while Tikki flew up to the night stand to eat a cookie. "Thanks, Tikki." I mumbled, my gaze once again returning to the blank ceiling above me.
>>>Nathaniel's POV<<< (I know ya'll have been waiting for this)
I walked around the park for about an hour, spying on the two super heroes. Of course I know there identities, I know everything about them, especially Marinette.
I walked over to a nearby tree and sat down, my back leaning against the trunk as I got out my sketch book.
"I can't believe Marinette is in love with that Sh** Noir." I scoffed to myself as I looked at my drawings of Marinette.
I sighed and balled my hands up into a fist. "No matter what happens or who gets in my way, you will be mine." I yelled to myself.
Right when I looked up from my sketchbook, I saw an akuma fluttering my way, and soon landing in my pen.
Evillustrator, you have returned to make the love of your life love you once more. I will help you retrieve what is rightfully yours, if you help me retrieve what is mine. I need you to get the miraculouses of Ladybug and Chat Noir.
I heard the voice of Hawk Moth ring in my head like a gong. "Yes, Hawk Moth." I stood up and transformed into the Evillustrator.
>>>Smol time Skip<<<
I ran through the streets of Paris, eager to get to Marinette's house, but not before I ruin other people's lives.
I ran around, erasing a majority of the population of my writing pad.
"And now for that little dweeb, Marinette." I smirked and ran to the Dupain-Cheng bakery.
Once I reached the front door, I opened it and walked in casually. Marinette's parents were on vacation for a while, so I walked upstairs, my grip tightening on my pen.
She will love me, or I will make her love me. I opened the trap door to find Marinette laying on her bed, staring at her ceiling.
I guess she heard me because she launched herself upwards and stared at me, fear evident in her cerulean gaze. "N-Nathaniel? Why do you look like that?" She stuttered.
"Why, I am the new and improved Nathaniel, I came to take what is rightfully mine." I scoffed and walked closer to her.
"A-and what would that be?" She moved back in her bed while Tikki hid behind Marinette's laptop.
