Chapter 32 Miki's race revealed and two powerhouses appearing at school

Lumi POV

My eyes scanned Rain for any other emotions about my friend but she just shrugged as if it's no longer her problem. Is it me or is she now more expressionless and cold. The other Rain at least laughs if needed or reacted more.

"Do you think the night sky back on Earth is beautiful." (Yuki?)

My eyes widen when I see the heroine change, the body seemed totally different. Her figure was sexier in the maid outfit, her hair had turned into a dark grey color. But I knew who it was, the goddess of Greed.

"Iliana." (Lumi)

"So you do know as a corrupt goddess it's in my nature to eat the soul slowly and turn it into a fine specimen." (Iliana)

"Don't go corrupting a soul due to your selfishness." (Lumi)

Jasmine blinked when she heard Lumi's angered voice. As Emily in my previous life, I heard a lot about a corrupt god. They're annoying for a normal god in the way that their power always comes back even if they (normal gods) sealed them. Corrupt gods have different use than faith. Even more so is that some are twisted beyond repair, their personality that is. I'm guessing Iliana is the latter which I just mentioned, but which idiot did so to a goddess.

I stared at the orange haired beauty with a white dress and her glowing ember eyes. Remind me of something but I forgot what it was. The reason I only recognize her is because I heard stories about her and her appearance. But I blushed when I saw her chest. That is like E cup, wait that's bigger than me being a D cup in my last life. Why is it that the way her outfit looks make it look almost like a F cup. No I'm so not jealous at all. (Lumi's in denial)

Please don't use your god showdown in the school you two might actually level the school along with its students. But then again stupid goddess of Greed doesn't care. But my eyes went wide when I saw a weird girl on the roof top across this hallway doorway. She was bored, her hair color was a soft light purple and her eye colors were red color. (Its Miki in her original form with pale snowy white skin, her grey hair is only for appearance when she is with people whom she's close to. Her grey hair is her original hair color before she became a living Archive.)

"Ah the goddesses are such annoying bunch. One of you is a damn guy, and was the child of a Valkyrie. The other two were daughters of human yet one ended up immortal undying. A natural born immortal like the rest who is ruled by the Celestial emperor or Empress. No it's the 3rd Empress Maevi. But damn you idiots annoy me." (Light purple haired girl)

She looked no older than 25 years old but her words seemed to make it sound like she was older than that.

"Have you heard of the tower of beginnings? Ah right introductions I'm Miki Alaestra a Living walking Archive. My race is a secret." (Miki)

Why the heck did Livia and Iliana tense up for when she said tower of beginnings.

"Seems they know about it Sila." (Miki)

She held up a book my eyes widen when I realized she's the owner of the spellcastor's grimoire. If used wrongly she could wreck havoc to this world but it seemed like she was talking to the book.

"Let's see a tower in middle of nowhere faraway from society, always in fog protected and shrouded by mysteries yet all who looks up information ends up dead. A mystery of the tower's guardian whom died is still missing." (Miki)

3rd person POV

Iliana flinches at Miki's hint that the guardian inside the tower wasn't reincarnating yet. In fact her eyes were cold and condemning as a menacing pressure was released from her. The two goddesses panicked when they noticed her presence was off. It was almost as if she was a Celestial Empress descending down on them. Which was a threat to even the gods since their fighting power were either equal or higher than them (the gods and goddesses).

"It can't be your from the almost extinct race of Celestials." (Iliana)

"How rude. I'm a destruction Phoenix the ones who caused the 0 generations of Dimensions into extinction. So much so that the 1st, 2nd (natural borne by phenomenons) and those 3rd generations or lower (born from birth with another race) try to kill us on sight. Though I got to say I don't get why she casted our race out like some sort of soul race into the distant future (current time) like that for us to not die out." (Miki) (she revealed her race due to be offended for being called lower than a god.)

"That's impossible the race said to cease to be shouldn't you also be dead." (Lumi)

"I see someone did some homework nicely."

"But the history behind it is still unclear." (Lumi)

"What we 7th generation did is up to us to know. Also the conditions to unlocking the destruction Phoenix none of you need to know." (Miki) (trans: cause none of you are one. And why the heck would I tell you even if you are, you can't prevent those tragedies that are supposed to happen.)

"Who do you think you are to boss us around." (Livia)

Miki didn't answer instead she reappeared next to Iliana with a small knife to her throat. Livia panicked, Kaguya stared confused. Jasmine narrowed her eyes but didn't move.

"Who says a Archive shouldn't be involved with lives. I'd say no to that idiot who made the rules. Especially for someone such as you whom is corrupted by a rogue Fate who changed your destiny then guided Ares to make you a goddess." (Miki)

My eyes widen as she stared back at me but the goddess of Greed couldn't move from under her knife. It was as if she was hinting that I was also in contact with the said person at least once. I tilted ,y head confused I only know two fates in my whole life.

"Let's see what was my favorite phrase from the upper worlds again. Ah right. A devil that doesn't know to hunt." (Miki) (trans: the said person starves to death since they can't fend for themselves.)

We all broke out into cold sweat though we don't know what she meant. I heard a snicker from a tree far in the distance. I'm guessing was Rain who's avoiding Livia. That's also how the first Rain died. But why the heck is she laughing her head off at those words.  

"By the way it's a insult to say I'm lower than even a goddess. The other race that rivals mine is the life dragons. There can't be life without chaos and destruction. Also Lumi forget about normal. Being normal amounts to nothing, there's things called uncontrollable encounters. Plus it was never normal the moment you were born here." (Miki) 

I blinked in surprise she just revealed my thoughts like nothing else was wrong. But why can't I wish for things to be normal for once. I mean goddesses always appear wherever I go. Excluding my mother from my past life as a goddess, that was inside a dream. Doesn't count, but these two appearing they're landmines inside the school trying to fight.
