Lumi POV

Now I'm confused why she's being such a weirdo getting on my case. But I'm guessing Zeus isn't the best example to ask from. Please tell me your not mad at me for mentioning your father in my own head. I have nothing to do with his habits of womanizing. But why does Artemis seem so annoyed now. Like I'm no dense kid but I know she's taking it out on me and there's got to be another reason.

"By the way do you by any chance have something my wolf can track that's from your sister." (Artemis)

Artemis shrugged but gave the letter to the wolf to smell. But what shocked me was the manifestation of the goddess of Luna being so close to here. She actually blinked looking at Artemis in shock.

"Oh come on, I go looking for a cure and the person I need is like right in front of me. God damn it, I'm so stupid to not notice." (Luna)

I look over at Artemis and she's shaking, I don't know if it's in anger or joy. Luna with her blue green hair and transparent glowing ethereal body came over to Artemis. To each their own. Why did I say that, it's because Artemis is laughing her head off at Luna. The goddess of the moon is frowning at her now. These two are to different people, one being the oldest goddess alive while the other being a normal goddess who is still young. Needless to say Luna is the oldest, though I froze up when I saw her like this.

"At least she's a half elf half fairy. But that's not the point I need you to save her."

Hearing her say it in such a way stung as if she shot me herself. Considering Artemis's accuracy it was likely me being shot at. She actually smirked back at me, is this how a goddess should be acting.

"So lead the way Luna."

"Think of this as the goddess of the moon Luna owes me a favor now. Thinking this I can't help but want to smile at it."

Silk broke into cold sweat as the two goddesses were now sending sparks at each other. She remembered that scene of when they first came to this lower world. Artemis was on a hunt alone and Luna had somehow led off her huntresses into a valley of death itself. Leaving at least 60 of the huntresses dead. Only leaving 2 alive with their life. She used a baby deer to lure them there. Her excuse was they needed to experience defeat since they were so cocky.
