Chapter 35

Regina woke up first and looked at Emma. A smile grew on the olive queens face. She will never forget this trip for as long as she lives. The way her love eyes lights up when she sees something new. It's absolutely astonishing. Regina gets out of bed and starts making breakfast for her sleeping beauty, abut 30 minutes later Emma shuffled in bed trying to find her warmth only to be disappointed when she opened her eyes to find Regina gone. Panic starts to rise in Emma's pit of a stomach. Then she takes a deep breath on and smells bacon. Her stomach starts to settle down and she gets out of bed put on a robe and heads towards the smell of pure heaven! She gets to the kitchen and can't help but smile at what she sees, Regina is dancing in a flannel long sleeve t shirt that is open showing her black lace bra and matching underwear! Regina doesn't notice Emma standing there. Emma just stares at the sight in front of her. She was loving every moment of it! "It is a sad day when a little swan woke up from her restful nights sleep to find her love of her life gone. Only to find her making a breakfast that would bring a 400 pound man to his knees." Regina turned around and started laughing! "Is my little swan still sad?" Emma looked at the ceiling trying to think of a good response! "She will be forever sad until she gets some bacon!" With that Regina shoved a piece of bacon in her mouth. "Ok, not sad anymore." Emma said while her mouth was full. Regina gave her a disgusted look and scoffed and walked away. "What do you want to do today my love?" "The park doesn't sound too bad!" Regina nodded her head. Both women got dressed and headed to Central Park. Snow had really started to fall so of course Emma was like excited to see New York all covered in a white blanket. It truly was a sight to see if you had the chance! It made it look like it was a fairytale. Emma and Regina found a bench to sit at and just enjoy the view! "So Emma, something I've been meaning to talk to you about!" "Mhmm" Emma said while she was still looking around. "What are you going to do about college!" Emma quit looking around and looked at brown orbs, "idk, I wanted to go to Boston to become a cop but I don't want to leave you so I am torn." "Baby, you should go and do what you want, don't worry about me I will be-" Regina is cut off my a blonde women. "Um, excuse me for interrupting, but if I didn't say this now I don't think i would ever muster up the courage to ask. Miss, were you ever in foster care or was adopted?" Emma was shocked. "Yes I was, I was given up when I was a baby, and I just got adopted less than a year ago into a wonderful family, why may I ask?" "Just one more question and then I will answer what ever question that you have!" Emma nodded her head. "What is your name?" "Emma Swan, now why are you asking me all these questions?" Tears started to fill the blonde ladies eyes. "Emma, I am the birth mother, before you say anything I was forced to give you up. I didn't want to, I wanted to keep you. See my mom was very old fashion and didn't believe in sex before marriage and when she found out I was pregnant with you she locked me away from my the world until I had yu and she forced me to give you up or she said she would take you and dump you somewhere, if I didn't willingly give you up!" Emma was shocked. She wanted to find her birth mom but not like this! "She did just dump me somewhere, I was found on the side of the road." She started to cry even harder! "She told me that you got adopted into a wonderful loving family almost immediately after. It broke me heart. Giving you up was the worst thing I could have ever done!" Emma started crying now, she didn't know what she was feeling. "Why didn't you come looking for me or did you just not want me?" The women took a step forward towards Emma and grabbed her arm. "Sweetie, I did look for you, I called all the adoption agencies I could find. They wouldn't tell me anything, but that never stopped me! I kept looking! I wouldn't stop until I had found you! You may not believe me but it's the truth!" Emma was full on crying now. "I kinda have this superpower to see when people are lying, I believe you, I am just shocked, I never thought I would find you, what's your name?" "Avery Elizabeth Swan!" "Elizabeth?" Avery smiled, "Yes Emma, you got your name from me." Emma smiled. Emma could help but want to hug her. "Can I hug you?" Avery started crying and nodded her head! "Of course babygirl, come here!" Avery said with her arms open wide. Emma basically ran into her embrace. Regina start tearing up at this sight. This was so beautiful. Regina gets a text from her sister "I hate to break this up, but Emma we have to go, somethings come up with my mother and we must be on our way." Emma started to protest. "But what about her, I just met her." "Now now Emma, you must listen to her, after all she is your mother. Here," she takes out a piece of paper and begins to write on it. "Here is my number, I want to keep in contact with you hun!" She said while giving Emma her number!'"oh thanks, and she isn't my mother.... she is my girlfriend!" Avery eyes went wide! "I am so sorry, please forgive me!" "Of course" both of them turn around and start walking off. "So what came up with your mom?" Regina turned towards Emma with tears in her eyes... "she is in the hospital, and the doctors say that she isn't doing very well!" Emma grabs Regina's hand. "I am so sorry baby, I hope that she will be ok!" All Regina could do was give a slight nod as they make their way to the hospital!

Hey, I just wanted to say that I am so sorry not that updated this sooner. I took a much needed break from this book to find what I wanted to happen in this book. Now that I have it I will be updating more often!
