Percy and Annabeth -- After CHB

Chapter 1

Annabeth hadn't been feeling well recently, and she was starting to get worried. Chiron had just called her and asked her to design the new Hermes cabin, after an incident with the hunters. Percy was in his final year of school before he became a marine biologist. They were such a good place. That couldn't be it. But, she had to be sure. She set down her pen, grabbed her keys ad ran out the door. She had just gotten into the car when her phone rang. It was Piper. "What's up Pipes?"

"My water just broke!" she cried "Jason is driving me to the hospital. Will you get Hazel, Frank and Percy there for me?" she sounded panicked "I don't think we'll have time to get them." Annabeth scrambled to put the key in the ignition

"I got it Piper . You can do this, okay."

"I know. Thanks Annabeth."

Annabeth called Percy. "Percy, Piper is in labor, she wants us to get Frank and Hazel, and meet her at the hospital."

"Okay. Do you want to pick up the Zhang's or me?" he asked.

"Can you do it? I'm too far away. Plus I'm the godmother. Shouldn't the godmother be present?"

"Got it. I'll grab them on the way."

"Thanks Seaweed brain."

She pulled out of the apartment complex's garage and turned the corner toward the hospital. When she finally made it past the nurse at the front desk, and rushed into Piper's room, she found Aphrodite and Jupiter arguing about Aphrodite's age. "I see the grandparents made it here then." she said.

"I'm too young to be a grandmother!" Aphrodite whimpered.

"You are the oldest of all the gods!" Jupiter shouted.

Piper smiled "They've been arguing for the past 15 minutes."

"We can't get them to stop." said a voice to her left.

For the first time she looked at Jason. He seemed stressed out, but really happy. "Did you get the epidural yet, Pipes?" she asked.

"No, the contractions calmed down." she turned her attention to Jason, "Can you go get me something to drink?"

"I got it." he walked out of the room, and down the hall.

"So what's up with you. You obviously have something on your mind," Piper said

"It's nothing"

"It is obviously not nothing!"

"Well, Percy and I are so happy. He is about to finish school, and I'm rebuilding CHB, but...nothing, nevermind"

"Tell me right now!" Piper begged.

"I think I might be, you know, preg-" 

"Ahhhhh! I knew it! I knew it" suddenly Aphrodite was on her feet. "Do you want it to be a girl or a boy! Ahhh this is just so exciting!"

"Oh my god." Piper was slightly less ecstatic then her mother, "Did you talk to Percy?"

"Not yet. I feel like if it's true, it could ruin our lives. Plus, I didn't even take a test yet. I was going to buy one, but, you called, and here I am."

"I got this." Aphrodite grinned. She pressed the call button on Piper's remote. A few minutes later, a nurse walked in.

"Can I help you Miss?" she asked

"Yes, I need a pregnancy test."

"Ma'am I'm not...no offence" she turned to Piper, "I'm pretty sure you're pregnant"

"Ha ha ha! Oh you're funny! It isn't for her, it's for this lady over here silly!" she pointed at Annabeth.

Annabeth blushed. "Oh, I'll be right back." the nurse hurried out.

"Mom!" Piper shouted "What have I said about embarrassing my friends!"

Just then, Percy, Hazel and Frank rushed in. At least, Annabeth assumed it was Frank. Percy was holding the leash to a bulldog. Annabeth looked at Percy. "The nurse said there were too many people in your room, so we asked Frank to go home." He winked, and the four of them busted out laughing.

ik this chapter is kinda boring, but the others expand the story a lot more, and it gets really interesting. i encourage you to read the other chapters too. they get really really cool, but read all of them. in order. skipping around will confuse you. THNX
