Sleepless night frights

    After Emily said she would stay Alex stormed off and she went after him. That's when Ezra turned to me " why didn't you look scared when Alex started yelling? Why were you scared of me?" He asked I nibbled on my lip debating whether or not to tell him I decided on yes." After Alex and Emily were married my Mom was talking about registering me to see if any vampire would take me and pay them a good amount of money." He leaned in making sure to listen to each word." That's when Matt met Olivia I'm still not sure what went through his head but he went to my parents and asked permission to be promised to my little sister who was only four at the time. That distracted my parents so I wasn't registered then when they wanted to register me the time had come and passed, and the only way I could be registered is if I wanted to. Which I immediately declined I didn't want to be around vampires let alone one's wife. Anyway Emily asked if I could come and stay with her for a little while and my parents said yes they thought by exposing me to more vampires that one would choose me. Instead it drove a wedge between me and vampires. The worst one being Alex's brother he was hateful. When his brother wasn't looking he hurt me really bad and this continued to happen until I told my sister. She told Alex and he kicked him out, but to this day I'm still so afraid of him. Along the way though I learned to trust Alex and I guess I can learn to trust you." I have no idea why I told him that I'm just glad he didn't defend Alex's brother. Suddenly he gets up and hugs me tight at first I tense up but then I relax feeling drained and ready for bed he picks me up and walks upstairs. I close my eyes and drift off to sleep.
Ezra's pov
I carry my beautiful angel upstairs and to her room. I hear her breathing even out and see her eyelids close. I go to set her down, but she tightens her hold on me I sigh. Then sit down on the bed and position her to where it's comfortable for me and hopefully comfortable for her. After a little bit I begin to nod off but suddenly I hear a scream. I jump and look around for the source of the noise. I slowly look down and hear another scream come from her she squirms and begins to cry." Sh sh its okay your alright breath angel breath." She begins to relax then it starts all over again.
Next day
I haven't slept all night I'm tried and the worst part is she's starting to wake up. I hear her heartbeat speed up her breathing go uneven. Then suddenly she bolts up and gasps for breath. She's shaking and all I want to do is comfort her so I wrap my arms around her and begin to rock her back and forth. She actually begins to calm down.
Alexia's pov
I feel arms snake around me and begin to rock me. I know it's weird, but I feel drained of all the energy I should have from sleeping. I look back to see who's rocking me and see Ezra's tried face I feel really bad. Especially since all I've been dreaming up is nightmares. I move to lay back on his cheap I feel safe with him, but another part of me keeps saying" don't trust him he'll hurt you." I'm so confused at this point. I slowly sit up and he goes to pull me back to him. I shake my head at his childish behavior before sitting up the rest of the way." What are you doing lay back down please" Ezra mumbles into the pillow I just walk over to the curtains and pull them apart. Sunlight pores into the room Ezra sits up and glares at me before getting up." What time is it" he asks rubbing at his eyes I look at the clock " around 12:30." His eyes go wide before he shakes it off." You must be hungry lets go get you something to eat." He says the walks out the door. I quickly fallow after him he turns the corner and I have to speed up I reach out and grab his arm." Hey slow down I can't keep up " I say he smirks at me but slows down we walk into the kitchen to see to women standing and talking. They straighten up and look at us " would you like something to eat" the girl on the left says. I feel bad making them work when they don't have to." No it's alright I can make something up for the two of us." I say Ezra stares at me. I start to move around the room and pick different things up. I combine them all together to make sandwiches and salad with mixed fruit." Can you get me some containers for this?" I ask " here sweetheart let me" the other woman says she wraps everything up in clothes then ties each thing separately before placing the food into a basket." Here I think I have an idea of what your doing you may want to get changed though." She says in a polite manner " thank you " I say. Then I hand Ezra the basket " I'm going to get changed" I say. I walk upstairs to do my hair and get changed. Once I reach the room I open the door walk in close and close the door. I sit down and start on my hair. After a little bit it looks good enough and simple really simple.

I then walk over to my closet and pick out a simple dress that looks more comfortable than the others.

I glance over myself in the mirror before walking out of the room and head downstairs.
