He was the most alluring creature i'd ever met.
Didn't speak much,
Sat under silent observation,
Scanning all around.

I almost didn't notice him,
But something drew me closer.
Could have been those smoldering eyes,
That spoke endless volumes.

Confidence that lurked within,
An enigma,
That brought me to my knees
With but a glance.

I was curious,
Driven to dig deeper,
To uncover the layers,
And solve a riddle.

Discovered treasure
Etched deep,
Away from prying eyes,
But 'twas not mine to keep.
