Regina's POV:

Tomorrow is my first day of school. I'm excited, but scared at the same time. I'm excited cause I get to experience the education system of Canada for the first time. I'm scared because everyone is always nervous and scared on their first day.

Hahanda ko na mga gamit ko. Ang bag na gamit ko para sa school ay backpack. Ayoko ng shoulder bag kasi sabi ng nanay ko di daw maganda sa likod yun. Hindi daw balance ang labas ng balikat ko. Camo na hershel bag ang nabili ko nung nagshopping kami sa Eatons centre nung isang araw.

Hmm. Lets see, pencil case check, water bottle check, binders, check. Phone?

Tiningnan ko yung ilalim ng unan ko, ay andun lang pala.

Tiningnan ko kung anong oras na. 7:30pm na pala. Teka may mga text messages galing kay Ana

From Ana:

"See you tomorrow ah. Agahan mo meet ulit tayo dun sa starbucks sa may school."

To: Ana

"Alright. Teka anong oras?"

May isa pang nagtext unknown number. Naku po! di pa nagsisimula klase sikat na kaagad ako. Hahahahaha!! De joke lang. Malay mo kapatid ko lang nang praprank lang.

Hi Regina? It's Michael Hwang. Remember me? The guy from the gym and the men's washroom?

Aba loko to ah! Pinaalala pa sa akin yung incident sa men's washroom sa starbucks. Teka di pa tapos yung text niya.

So, yah. I don't know anyone from our school yet so I'm asking you if we could meet up somewhere before starts?

"Ah mga 8am since 8:30 naman yung start para di tayo masyadong nagmamadali bukas"

To: Ana

"Sige sabihan ko kapatid ko. Ay nga pala Ana. I meet someone at the open house and I met him again at starbucks when we went to eatons centre the other day. He is in our grade too. He asked for my number so I gave it to him. He texted me just now asking if I could meet up with him tomorrow."

From: Ana

"And your point is?"

To: Ana

"Can I bring him along tomorrow? i feel bad for him. He said he doesn't know anyone from our school"

From: Ana

"Yah sure."

Buti naman pumayag si Ana na isama ko si Michael bukas. Ipapakilala ko siya sakanila bukas. Ay teka! rereplyan ko papala muna si Hwang.
