Young's POV

Clothes drenched with rain. A pitch dark scenery, an ever spooky undying road, leading me somewhere I'm not sure about.

Taking steps little by little, then suddenly I felt perplexed by the thought of someone ugly and scary might follow me.

Strange gazes of wild and homeless animals frightened me as I walk more towards some place I can't even define. The cold breeze, that freezes and locks my knees up. Me, I'm not even sure if I can continue this. I realized, how dumb am I?

That stupid trust that lets you do a selfless act. I don't even know if I did to this to make him realize or I did just to punish myself for doing absurdity.

Childish, yes you are Young.

You're just so lucky that that Kris loves you even though you're situated that way. How could he endure me? How could he even tolerate me? Crazy things that love can do.

Why did I even thought of this?

I should be watching tv, eating Kyungsoo oppa's prepared meal and getting myself warm and cozy around Kris' arms by now. Why Young! Why?

I cried. My tears were more worth it than the rain. The rain was falling so hard like it was having a hard time like me. Tough situations does come so easily. It really makes you weak and vulnerable.

IS LEAVING MY ONLY WAY? OR AM I THAT DUMB TO HURT MYSELF?

I sat on the side walk and let everything drip on me. Stripped down and torn about what I did, smiling like an idiot as if it was a good thing to experience.

Everything that cruel guy said was rerunning over and over and over, it doesn't even have a stop button. Kris, why don't you trust--

BEEP BEEP!

He slid his window open. My vision were a bit blur and I couldn't take a basic sketch of what he looks like. All I could tell is that he's a guy, because he started talking to me. "Miss, are you okay?" He asked.

"Yes, really." I handed out a thumbs up, but he insists and gets out of the car with an extra coat and umbrella.

He wrapped it around me and even though I was opposing to get into the car, he forced me to ride it. I had no choice, besides this is help.

As I get comfortable at the back seat, he started interviewing me. But hell, I'm half dead frozen.

"So do you have any place to go to?" He queary's kindly and let out a smile. The car's interior lights opened, he handed me a heat pack and smiled with his crescent eyes. "By the way, I'm Kang Junho." Kang Junho? Isn't that a bit familiar to me? Am I hearing this right?

"Ahm, sorry for getting your interior wet. I'm Baek Ran Young, thank you for giving me a ride. God bless you." I patted his shoulders, he was focused on driving.

"No worries, someone will pay for it anyways. So where are you really going?"

"Just drop me off any where safe. Thank you again."

"No problem."

I stared blankly on the blur road, until sleep attacked me. I closed my eyes, but the fear and fright was still there. That is true, you could never trust anyone especially when you're in such a critical circumstance. I was too darn tired, pale and fragile, so I decided freely and closed my eyes.

Travelling in dreamland, seems not so good. Instead of dreaming about rainbows and unicorns, I dreamt about hatred and cruel endings. No wedding, no vows, no anything to be happy about.

Kris. What if?

"Young!" It gave me a heart jump, my eyes were half open as if it hates to see things more. A man protruded on my sight and he speaks again, "This is as far as I could go." He goes out of te car ad assists me as I go down. He went in again, I mouthed 'thank you,' then he left.

I was still frozen. He did left me somewhere safe, but it doesn't have a way from right nor left. All I could see is big gate, black as doom, a golden label in between and some cameras on top of it. The house looks prestige, probably owned by a family with a company and specializations.

Well, this is the only way to go.

I pressed the voice activator on the right side of the gate. It took about 20 minutes, before someone spoke.

"A-Annyeonghasaeyo." I said with a trembling voice. I can't hold the low temperature any longer. I think I'm almost reaching my freezing point.

"Who is this?" A woman with a familiar voice responsed.

"Ahm, I'm Baek Ran Young, ma'am."

"B-Baek Ran Young?" To be honest, I hated the way she left me hanging for another minute, after that the voice suddenly changed. "This is Mrs. Im, what do you need?"

"I-I'm looking for a place to s-stay. W-Would you mind if I stay just for t-this n-night?"

"No, but is there anyone there with you?"

"No- No one, ma'am. Just me. I really need to get warm because I'm really freezi---"

3rd Person

Young collapsed. Her hands were cold like ice cubes, her lips were turning white and her knees were too weak to make another stand.

Mrs. Im hurried her way to open the gate, she went by Young and told the mansion's guards to carry her up and take her inside the house.

She's a good samaritan. She prepared everything Young would love to have. A warm sponge bath, she gave her warm clothes and she prepared food, if ever Young wakes up.

After half a minute, Young finally opened up her eyes again. He was still experiencing headaches though, but she thought that she might be a burden. She sets to reality and sent off respectful words as she see Mrs. Im walking towards her.

"I'm sorry for all this and thank you for taking care of me." Young bowed with full respect. Mrs. Im would pat her head and let her sit again. She then handed a bowl of soup to the young girl and mouthed 'eat well.'

The house already felt like home to her. She didn't even thought twice, if the owners are bad enough to trust. She knew right all along that it was a safe place.

"Uhm, Mrs. I'm." Young interrupted her while being sunk focused on her eating. "Thank you again for letting me stay in your house." Young smiled.

The older chortled, "Don't thank me. This isn't my house, dear." She said.

She hurriedly stood up, she puts the bowl gently on the table and sighed. "Aigo. I should be going then."

"No, no. The kid would be happy to meet you if ever." She replied.

"The kid?" Young's eyebrows fumed. The curiousity, mixed up thoughts were scrambling through her mind

"Yes, the owner of the house. Besides, I should be the one thanking you Ms. Baek." She held onto Young's shoulder. Young flinched because of a scary thought, why thank her?

"Me? Why?"
