Chapter 52: Revealing the Truth

Baekhyun's POV

Young still haven't got to go home because the doctor said it'll be more safe if she stays here for awhile, so that they could keep track of Young's vitals and body progress. Everyday is like her birthday, gifts were all around the hospital bed and it's really such a big payback to see Young smiling.

Ever since the amount of reporters multiplied, the hospital and our managers came out with an idea. They decided to lessen the number of members who come and visit her. Now, there's only two to three members who gets to take care of Young. And today, I'm here with Chen and Dyo.

Young's been requesting a lot of crazy-slash-stupid-slash-silly songs and stuff to us. But we just can say no, Young's too precious to be rejected, you know what I mean? Chen starts singing, Young closes her eyes with his Kyungsoo oppa holding her hand. "She really does like us..." Kyungsoo mutters on the side.

I put a hand on Kyungsoo's shoulder. "Yes she does, she should've left us if she's tired and sick of our faces." I chortle a bit. Giving him a good whack on his back.

Chen finishes his song and Young opens up her eyes. "Done already?" She said with a cute intonation, making Chen ready for another song.

I halted Chen, because I wanted to say something to Young the past few days. I know it might sound too off topic, especially when it comes to Kris hyung. But since we're already here and we're already in the right moment--- I guess I should open up the things we were suppose to even for a long time ago. I clear my throat, making sounds to capture Young's attention wholly. She looked at me with small bobbing if the head. "Young, I-I wanted to tell you something."

"What is it oppa?"

"A-about the whole thing---"

"Oppa---"

"Young just let me. I'm telling this to clear things up, not to hurt you. And I wanted to help Kai in some ways." Young bobs her head. She stares at me seriously, attentively on time to hear what I wanted to speak out. "The whole 'visiting the Philippines' is a plan."

Flashback

(Prequel of Chapter 1)

Lee Soo Man, the current CEO of SMentertainment planned to have a concert in the Philippines. It was meant for the fans, but had another thing planned. Soo Man organized the program for Kai, Kim Jong In to meet his arranged wife.

Kai turning obnoxious not because of the flight but the whole idea of letting him marry a Korean girl who lives in the Philippines. Kai had this attitude of looking down on girls and not giving them slight of an attention. Tunnel vision, his eyes were. Wide-minded, Kai's mind set on.

Looking at the clouds, just by the airplanes window. His mind suddenly lost focus, thinking that, at a young age he'll be experiencing a married life. Kai had everything scattered and he didn't even bother to arrange his thoughts before doing the actual thing. Hours from now he'll be changing into something that he wouldn't expect.

His hyung, Kyungsoo. Sitting on the left side of him, observing his every move, woke up Kai from his deep thoughts. "Ey, kiddo. If you're thinking about the girl, don't stress yourself out." He pats Kai's shoulder and smiles. Whatever Kyungsoo do, it's nothing to him. Besides he's not the one in Kai's place.

Jong In ducked down and bit his lips. "What if I don't like her?" He mumbles through his teeth with a shy tone, being sure to not make Kyungsoo mad.

Kyungsoo's natural round eyes, rounded more. "Bwo? Are you that rude to girls?" He swats on Kai's shoulder. Kyungsoo scrunched his face up and fumed his eye brows. "Jong In, you're one heck of a good guy. You wouldn't be doing this if you're not concerned about that fan fulfilling her dreams."
