Chapter 44: Long Distance

Someone succeeded on getting someone's phone number, now, it's a mind boggling situation for him to take that he can't be able to see this special someone often because of promotions.

By this day and the next weeks, they'll be flying on their way back to China for seperate promotions. EXO-M will be in charge of the chinese fans, as an exchange, Kris will not be staying for almost a month at home with the kids and Young, because he has work to do.

As a responsible young wife, Young let it be. Just like what she said before, she's on back up whatever happens.

Young and Suho decided to take the twins back to the mansion without Kris knowing. So that, if ever Kris leaves, the kids will be accompanied by their maids. Young can't handle it alone. All the boys are on sched, Kris on work and she's studying.

The plan stayed as it is. But there's this lover who seems baffled by the thought of them leaving.

"Chen, you okay?" Xiumin asked his room mate who was wool-gathering at that time.

Chen snaps back to reality and stood up to arrange his luggage. He brushed his nape and sighed his unknown frustrations out. Before he could arrange his things up, he excused his self. "Hyung, I'll just go down the stairs."

Chen went out their room with his duck down. Chen mumbles everything as he take his every stop.

Someone from one room came out and noticed his crazy momentum all the way through the hallway. "Shùshù!" The kid does aegyo and smiled.

Chen was shocked, he even worried what if the kids go straight to the stairs, they might get hurt. "Oh! Yoonie, why are you here?" Chen bends his knees up to Ae Yoon's eye level.

"Shùshù, kwenchana?" Ae Yoon held Chen's cheeks.

Shùshù Chen holds Ae Yoon close to him and hugged the kid. *Even from a kid like Ae Yoon, I can't deny my facial expressions.* Chen thought.

"Uuhh. Yooniee~" Chen endears and cuddles more. "Shùshù's fine." He kisses Yoonie's forehead and sent Yoonie back to her parents room.

At that time, Kris was preparing his self. The luggages and all the scattered pieces of clothes everywhere.

A pile of clothes were there, then someone blasted out of it. Chen was surprised, "Ace!" He actually shouted and it's the second time being startled by one of the twin.

The parents' laughter filled the room up, leaving Chen holding his chest because of being frightened.

"Oh Chen, what brings you here?" Young asked him, but he's still catching his breath.

"I met Ae Yoon in the hall--"

"Is Ae Yoon here?!" Suho startled everyone in the couples' room when he suddenly opened the door. He looks so exhausted.

"Yes!" The rest answered him and he sighed so long like a popped balloon or anything.

Ae Yoon came out and smiled to his shùshù Suho. Suho hugged him tight. "Don't tell me Ae Yoon was from your room?" Chen asked.

"She is, I thought she went right down the stairs." He sighed again.

Young's POV

I was looking at Kris while I'm helping him pack his things for the promotions. Here it comes again. Last year we faced 6 days without each other, now, it's almost for a month. "Will you be okay?" He suddenly asked.

"Ye-- maybe." I answered with hesitations, I pouted and continued folding Kris' clothes.

The silence crawled up and we both know it'll be another osbstacle, another struggle for us to ease not being with each other for some time. "I'll miss you." I blurted.
